You guys are ridiculous!! The raid has been out for THREE days and you won't accept anyone that doesn't have experience already? Lol.
Me and my two buddies want to start a raid, but can't get anyone. We're all good players as well. But we can't get experience without people willing to start with us
Edit: we all have 290 light on ps4
Edit 2: I did nightfall second day with 262-265 light
Edit 3: Thanks to a tip from a fellow guardian, if any of you reading this has completed the raid or are experienced, I'd appreciate a message to add each other.

If you want to go in blind, then find other players who want to do the same. If you want to go along with anyone, then you can atleast learn from Videos

3 OdpowiedziSome people just don't have the patience. When I look for people I ask for experience, they don't need to have beaten the boss, just know the mechanics to the raid. Watch videos and read guides.

4 OdpowiedziThis is the most complex raid yet so it's understandable y people don't want beginners to the raid not to mention people who have already experienced the raid will most likely have higher light and better gear

1 OdpowiedźI found a group last night and right before reset we finished war priest. It was an all blind group meaning all 6 was our first time. I bet there are still lots of groups that will form like that for the next few weeks. Not everyone has had the time yet to clear or get the gear required. Don't go to just one lfg site and don't be afraid to put in your lfg tag "looking for raid learning" or "looking for first time Raid group". You can eventually find a decent party and learn the raid blind, and it's a hell of alot of fun that way.

3 OdpowiedziYou are in a clan, do the other guys not wish to play - or are they simply not high enough level?

1 Odpowiedźaaaahhhh the age old issue of not being able to get into a group because of lack of experience lol whilst I think its dumb as shit that people are already requesting experienced kings fall raiders (elitists will never go away), OP please consider the following things: they could just mean experience in general (but yea highly unlikely) or the best one - START YOUR OWN -blam!-ING RAID TEAM MATE!!!!! you already had two people going thats a good star. im sure if you opened your arms to 4 others in a similar situation as you, you would of found people just like you to play with within minutes. Unless you were specifically looking for only experienced players which then totally invalidates your little bitch post about finding a group
-
You and your friend can add me, we raid quite alot but it's a bit of waiting around to get a team, we've got as far as
the sisters
Before reset and we've pretty much got it down up to that point. As long as you can work as part of a team, its all good Psn formidablespork

3 OdpowiedziI'm down to run it with you guys if you at least look up how to do it

You won't get past oryx but you probably get up deathsingers

2 OdpowiedziIt's good to have people with experience but newcomers should at least watch a few videos to understand what happens

1 OdpowiedźI haven't ran it yet, but I'm having the same problem. Anytime you want to go, I'm down. PS4: GREENTEA_20

Edytowany przez użytkownika Cosmic: 9/22/2015 2:38:02 PMMe and my 2 buddies are going to be doing our first run this weekend. Taking the rest of this weak to raise our light lvl and gear up. It would be awesome to have another 3 that are blind and going in for the first time. Let me know if you guys would like to join us. We are currently all at at least 293 and looking to get a few more points the next few days.

My fireteam spent the time to work through the entire raid. We taught ourselves, find a few more guys who have not done it and do the same. You shouldn't want anyone who has completed it yet but I'm sure you have already seen the guides to beating it on YouTube.....lame

41 OdpowiedziEdytowany przez użytkownika ColeRH: 9/22/2015 6:12:58 AMIt's because no one with experience of the raid wants to deal with taking extra time trying to get people to understand what to do. I will not except anyone in my raid team who is under 295 light or doesn't have experience. I'm not wasting hours to carry someone through a raid who has no idea what they are doing to have them get rewards that they don't deserve.

3 OdpowiedziAs some one who completed the raid day one I'll explain why people are looking for people who have already completed it. Golgoroth the sisters and oryx each require knowledge of like 10-15 steps that every one has to do by themselves and if any single person messes up you have to wipe. The difficulty to master those steps usually takes 1-2 hours so for people who have completed it they'd rather spend 15 minutes on an encounter. I know it's a terrible way to discriminate already but with a raid that requires sequence knowledge over gun skill it's going to happen frequently. Destiny is finally looking like an mmo and that's usually how raid encounters are going to be judged on. I would suggest posting on the forums for a group to go in with you since lfg is full of people trying to speed run the raid for the calcified fragments right now. I personally did nightfall at 245 light with two 250 light players but all that requires for the nightfall is gun skill and playing passive the raid requires the ability to hip fire a fusion rifle or hard scope a bosses stomach or head while repeating various steps in a specific order which can change.

Best Oryx last night and it's all about speed and being powerful enough to damage quick. Also nightfall is compared to kings fall. The raid only came out Friday. It resets today. They want get it done before it resets.

1 OdpowiedźIt's LFG for you. People who don't know how to play the game require others to make up for their shortcomings. Hence the old "Normal VoG, 32+ only, maxed Gjallarhorn" posts. Asinine. Best way to get a raid group together? Join a clan.

8 OdpowiedziEdytowany przez użytkownika CountZakula: 9/22/2015 6:44:20 AMThe kind of people who "require experience" are generally the players who are shit at communicating, and usually rage quit after one or two fails, you don't want to play with them anyways. The reason I haven't done many raids since launch is because every time I find a team or get invited to one I usually end up with rage-quiters, so I just stopped trying. The issue I'm running into is trying to find a team who wants to do it blind, I'd love to go in with no idea what to do and actually have to figure everything out like all the day one raid teams. But everyone who posts in LFG on the forums knows everything about it and wants to do whatever "easy" or "fast" way to do it they saw on the forums. EDIT: If anyone is wanting to do Kings Fall blind on PS4 send me a message on PSN, Xak_Hynes.I wont be doing it anytime within the next few days though, Still working on getting my light to 290.

1 OdpowiedźAny tips on getting to 290 fast?
-
Because they can't beat it and need "experienced" players to help. Same happened with trials. "Good k/d and have gone to lighthouse only" you look at their stats and they suck. But seriously though, kings fall don't play. You can't blame people who have banged their head against the wall for days and just want to get through it already. I don't expect to beat it soon, don't care but will try, it's fun.
-
Most people that say that have a checkpoint and have had so many trys with different people they get annoyed explaining it over and over just for them to back out after a few trys and repeat that all over again. If people say that from starting fresh though that's just stupid tbh
-
Just to give you a different perspective on it (and this doesn't at all apply to Kings Fall I'm sure) but we had a guy on VoG hard who quit after we wiped on Atheon once. He left, we smoked Atheon. Moral of the story, you don't need that negativity in your life. Lol.
