3 OdpowiedziPeople who quit twice in one day should get a 15-30 min restriction on joining matchmaking playlists in general.

Panzies! All of y'all who back out. Especially Undying Mind, that strike is tons of fun. Grow a pair guardians!

I'm not running Undying Mind 3x in a row... If this happens, I back out. That's about the only reason I'd back out though.

4 OdpowiedziI came across someone worse last night. He just ran around the Dreadnought the whole time we were going so he wouldnt be kicked for inactivity and then after we beat it, he proceeded to stay in the playlist. I'm thinking OK lets give this guy once more chance. Cerberus Vae strike starts and he books it off into some random cave on the far side of Rubicon Wastes and just sits down. The other guy that was two-manning with me saw this and left, and I followed suit.

Another idea that would help is if Bungie would just look at your recent played strikes and stop making everything random. I know random is easy and cheap code, but it also causes a lot of problems. A simple look at the recents and them make your next strike something you have not played 3 times before.

Double darkblade, nah. The person leaving loses their streak not you. When this happens to me, I find a corner and dance; unplug my headset and turn volume up and clean my house. When a new guardian joins I can hear "Guardian Down" and come back to wreak havoc. You really only need to do this before the boss fights as the strikes themselves are easy peasy. You will find a ton of players leaving, especially the ones looking for strike specific weapons, armor and class items.

I had both other particpants do this to me 3 times in a row on three different strikes :/

I've had people back out 50% of the time at the start. "Urgent matters" don't occur that often and at that perfect time at the beginning. Should be a ban from the playlist

While this might not be always the case just imagine sometimes more urgent real life things come up that aren't scheduled (phone calls, doorbells and the likes). In those situations a 15 minute cool down won't probably hurt the players though.

22 OdpowiedziI'm not staying during the undying mind or the echo chamber, not because I'm bad but because those strikes are long and imo boring. Also, if you guys who "never" back out of strikes are not bad then why are you here complaining instead of easily two-manning/soloing it. Unless... You're actually the bad one who can't finish a strike?

3 OdpowiedziThat MIGHT be me, but only because I have seen these strikes, and these strikes only: Undying mind, Sabre, Psions. NOT interested in those over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over. I have literally not played a single other strike since TTK released, and that is where am spending my time, unless I do normal vangard which doesnt have the same challenge. So if it is me, sorry, i'll keep you alive if I see you in any other strike, but i'm leaving those.

I'm only backing out on most strikes that I join in on because I freeze on most strikes (The only strikes I know I don't freeze on BESIDES GETTING A DARKNESS ZONE SCREEN when it shows the player roster are the 2 dreadnought strikes and The Undying Mind... I freeze on every other strike)...

I only back out on a strike if I've done that one so many times in that day and or if I gotta go somewhere and turn off the console .

Agreed. I helped a guy out with the heroics. Undying mind. And it was painful. We somehow made it to the end. And since the boss wasn't dying on us quick enough, the other guy raged quit, so the guy I was with messaged me saying that, that guy was a perfect example pf what he was complaining about and why I was helping. He finally did his quest and he got his marks and everything was good. Some other guy even joined in just as we finished it, that really put me off though.

4 OdpowiedziI know how you feel, I had a streak of like 8 strikes then some guy leaves right at the beginning of the fallen saber strike then the next guy followed him. Ended up having to leave.

If you back out of a strike in the beginning it's not a huge deal to me- but if you back out after we're at least a quarter of the way through I will report you.

11 OdpowiedziSadly the world is full of selfish bastards that think of nothing but themselves. The only way to stop this would be bungie introducing a cool down so once somebody quits out of the playlist they can't restart a strike for 20 minutes. I somehow think they won't introduce this, even though it would solve the problem. There are times when shit happens at home and you're left with no choice but to leave, either that or go afk. Mostly though it's selfish bastards who don't want to spend 5 minutes extra doing a slightly longer strike, even though they're going to lose that 5 minutes anyway by the time they've backed out, re-entered matchmaking and loaded the next strike, just to find its another they don't want to do.
