Check my characters forrealzz BEAT THAT Edit I got the Scout when I did the regular lvl 36 shield bros strike. I got the class armor from a heroic dying mind. Pretty sure the lvl will scale to your current light lvl like everything else, not sure though. Edit ok guys if you have a flayer cloak DONT TELL ME, that thing is just too cool looking, I'm drowning in jealousy over here. Edit I GOT THE VOID FLAYER CLOAK. And the arc.
