I paid $30 for a horse in ESO and $50 to make it 60% faster.
I also spent $75 for 30hrs of a 50% XP boost on ESO. $20 for emotes is not a big deal. If you want it buy it.

Wow, you sure got suckered into wasting money. I don't even want to know how much you've spent on candy crush
-
I don't disagree entirely with you, and that's because I don't mind oaying to do better in a game for example if destiny had things like you just mentioned it'll Make you better per say or efficient.. Emotes, shaders, and etc are merely cosmetic and for the most part do nothing for you gaming wise. The emotes are not that great to me, and neither plate the shaders, but the class items I could find useful (since Bungie for no good reason to the radiant light xp bonus away.) because I can simply use them for xp bonuses for certain weapon types. This to me is the only useful thing out of this content you're paying $20-40.00 for. It makes the items feel like they should be drastically cheaper or how about selling them individually for a buck or 2 this way you're not paying 29 if you don't want to. I would buy them individually because I would only get the warlock and hunter exotic item 2-4 bucks and I'm satisfied. However I agree if you want something and you can afford to buy it go for it. I'll be preordering the iPhone 6s tomorrow paid in full to replace my 5s that's in great condition... Why? Simply because I can and I want it.

I remember when I only had 20 bucks in my pocket, heh.

2 OdpowiedziWhen are these available to purchase?
-
You got ripped off
-
I've spent nearly 100 euro on world of tanks a free game lol

26 OdpowiedziSpeaking as a man with gobs of common sense, unless it's affecting your bank account no man should be worrying about what the next man does with his money, or how he gets it.
-
Is that for sale already?
-
Over priced ahole lol
-
Where can I buy them? I don't know why people are complaining, its their choice whether they want them or not and no one is pointing a gun to their heads.
-
9 OdpowiedziIt comes down to preference really. I have other things that my money needs to go to like my family, mortgage, bills, student loans, etc. For me, spending $20 on emotes would not be financially responsible. Not to mention, in my opinion, spending that much money on something like emotes is ridiculous. If I did but it, I would be embarrassed to admit it. If you have money to burn on worthless stuff then go for it. You're the reason publisher get away with nickel & diming everything.
-
I was going to buy the exotic class items and emotes but now that I've seen them I don't think they are worth throwing my money at the screen for them.

4 OdpowiedziI speeded over 100 for all the content in eso. I'm veteran rank 14

2 OdpowiedziI can't really object to your line of thought. When Forza 4 came out, I ended up spending around 200$ for the game and DLC packages. People are going to complain about whatever, as everyone has an opinion. How one person spends their money, or their parents money, is nobodies business. If someone has an objection, don't purchase the DLC. It's that simple, however you shouldn't hate others for their choices when they have no effect on you. DLC additions are the way companies make money on their products. I would recon that game publishers could produce a game that was all inclusive for 150-200$. This idea is from the cumulative totals of the 10 or so games I've purchased over the last couple of years.
-
If you paid that much in ESO, you're just plain stupid.
-
It's actually a good price, Considering I would pay roughly £2 for just one of those cosmetics for £20 is not that bad considering there is 9 cosmetics and 9x2 = 18 so it's a reasonable price but iam may still not get them cause I'm special snowflake.
-
People have spent $1500 on mounts (that are purely for looks) in WoW. Everything should cost that much since people are willing to pay it.
-
2 OdpowiedziWhy did you pay real money for that? I just used the in game currency and waited...
-
I bought the collectors edition so I already have them. I honesty don't know what the big deal is. Honestly, they are not worth $20 but still, people need to stop complaining over every little thing.

1 OdpowiedźI know. How is 2 hours minimum wage expensive?
-
5 OdpowiedziWell a large part of Destiny's Community are under 13, so.
-
7 OdpowiedziDoes anyone know where I can purchase emotes and the class items? I only got TTK for 40 and wanted to buy those separately (as they announced would be possible), but couldn't find them. Don't have my playstation currently, since the console was faulty and has to be exchanged. Is the 20$ option available now?
-
So because your dumb we all have to be?
-
And it's because of mugs like you that game companies think it's ok to charge those prices for tat. Fools and their money are soon parted.
