Rebuff shotguns for PVE 20% (let's keep up the momentum, keep bumping every time you can)

Shotguns are supposed to wreck up close..
I mean, think about it, if you get in a creatures grill, with a shotty, it's supposed to obliterate. It's a shotgun! LOL!

I say go even further than that; give us back the pre-2.0 damage and crit modifiers in PvE, [b]all of it - keep the changes for PvP[/b]. There was no reason for such a severe nerf to begin with, I'd even argue there was no need for a PvE nerf at all. Reaver Captains in the PoE 35 could still wreck you, even with the pre-2.0 damage, with their teleports, long range two shot, perfectly accurate shrapnel launchers that they fired while moving. At least shotguns were a good counter to most high health, high damage enemies. Now we are left with only snipers, because of the high risk/no reward shotgun situation.

1 OdpowiedźThere's a LOT that 2.0 screwed up that needs to be revoked. Personally, as far as PvE goes I see absolutely no reason to have touched Shotguns in the first place. I say reset the damage to its original state, who in the hell is going to actually show sympathy for the computer?

2 OdpowiedziNow Did the shotguns need a bit of a nerf? Yeah they needed a little bit of one but probably not a 20% debuff. Maybe about a 7-10% reduction. The shotgun is meant to be the gun to go for in close range ( even if I snipe at point blank lol.)

5 OdpowiedziShotguns are just nooby, if you're anyhow in PvP. You would be wrecking with a sniper. Not have to blink up close and kill someone with something so easy. They still kill up close anyway, so what's the difference from before. Are they not OP enough for the noobs?!

2 OdpowiedziThey nerfed shotguns for the same reason the nerfed g-horn and blackhammer. They can't have people just blowing through everything in less than a week. What will keep people playing 2 months from now when the content is dead and they want to keep the game in your current memory when it's time to sell you another dlc.

1 OdpowiedźBump. [b]AT LEAST 20%[/b] Less elemental damage. Loss of the best exotics and not ascending raid weapons. Nerfs to everything, even freaking javelin is nerfed 50%..... Taking shotguns power down by 50% is unnecessary. We are gonna need something to get us outa tight spots! Damn, we are getting weaker in every way. Welcome to year 2, your gonna be 60% less powerful.
