Hey everyone, Destiny update 2.0 is currently available for download. It is a required update for all current Destiny players. For more information on the requirements for this update, please see [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13429]this Help article.[/url] With the release of the Destiny 2.0 update, a few questions and issues have been posted on this #Help forum. Below will be a running list to address them. Please be sure to check the notes below for updates, and let us know if you see something different that what is currently known: [b]• Some players are able to access Emblems and Shaders from the Weapons Pack, SUROS Arsenal Pack and Collector's Edition Exotic Guardian Class Items before 9/15/2015. All items will be made available to eligible players on 9/15/2015. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion that may have been caused. [/b] [b]• We're aware of an issue where Patrols, Faction-specific Quests, and Strikes from the Vanguard Legacy Playlist are not granting the expected rewards upon completion. These rewards will be granted as expected for these activities starting on 9/15/2015. Patrols completed before this time will not retroactively grant rewards. Faction-specific Quests will be able to be completed at a later date.[/b] [b]• We're aware of an issue where players may experience a Destiny application crash/freeze when multiple status effects are active. We're actively investigating this matter. [/b] [b]• Xbox One players who have purchased The Taken King Collector's Edition Upgrade via the in-game prompt are unable to install the added content at this time. We're aware of this matter and are actively investigating.[/b] [b][u]9/10 UPDATE[/u][/b] [b]• There appears to be some confusion surrounding the new sub-class emblems that can be found in the Emblem Collection. The new emblems, which can be found under The Taken King sub-heading, are new emblems that require the completion of certain content and/or Bounties that will be released when Destiny: The Taken King launches. Players who complete their new sub-class Quests do not qualify for these emblems yet. There will more steps to complete, starting on September 15[/b]. [b]• The Exotic Guardian Class Items, which are included in Destiny: The Taken King Collector’s Edition, will be available to all eligible players when Destiny: The Taken King launches. Any missing Exotic Class Items will be re-issued appropriately[/b] [b]• Xbox One users who have purchased the Digital Collector's Edition via the in-game prompt can now install their content to ensure items will be granted when Destiny: The Taken King is launched on September 15. Please see the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507]Help article[/url] for instructions.[/b] [b][u]9/11 UPDATE[/u][/b] [b]• We're aware of an issue where the Cryptarch will very rarely return a decrpyted Engram with no item reward. This affects players in the Level 4-14 range. This issue will be resolved when Destiny: The Taken King launches on September 15.[/b] [b]• A select few Emblems that were offered via promotion when Destiny launched may not be available for pick up at the Emblem Collection.
