At Rank 25 Faction you get a exotic quest.
[b]READ EDIT 4 [/b]
If you're for example over rank 25 on Dead Orbit, make an alliance with DO and you'll get the exotic quest from it.

Edit: Must have equipped Class item, shader, and emblem for that faction in order to progress through the quest.
Edit 2: For many of you that keep asking, it does [b]NOT[/b] work for vanguard.
Edit 3: For those who are saying to not turn in the bounty, just stop because it doesn't even let you turn it in.
Edit 4: [b]LEGENDARY EMBLEM CODE FOR EVERYONE : 3VFLGCRLX[/b] Redeem it on the bungie.net page where you redeemed past codes. It will be available on the 15th.

5 OdpowiedziI do not have an emblem on two of my characters as I never bought them...now the vendors do not sell them. Any ideas how I now get faction emblems? Will the vendors start to sell them again after TTK?

I got my revenant at rank #8 I got hanged man at rank #24 I got the quest today I'm afraid to finish it until ttk comes out.

Yup, nearly finished mine. Just need 3 more heroic weeklies. Ranked up my dead orbit to 47 and got my third shader 3days ago. Just need The Know Where shader.

if you look up these items in the armory it says the faction vendor will also sell the sometimes (no price was given) and they can also drop in TTK. I've already got the quests ready to turn in on all 3 of my guys but they won't be able to wear it till level 40.... the sweetest part though is it says you can still wear another exotic armor piece!
