[b]She screams in pain. Meanwhile, at the hospital....
Nick takes a count of where his squad is, and is thoroughly surprised when he finds out Beatrice and The Professor are hauled up in a government facility, as he expected Beatrice to still be on Mars.[/b]
"What the hell...."
[b]He gets up, grabs a pistol off his bed, for "insurance", and leaves the room.[/b]

[b]some soldiers get in nicks way and stop him from leaving and the facility where Beatrice is underground on the planet the citadel is orbiting[/b]

[b]He backs down. Meanwhile at the facility....[/b] "Can I at LEAST talk to the queen or general and try to help get her released? I understand that your jurisdiction does not allow you to legally, or at least, without consequence, disobey direct orders."

"With her we have a way to punish you" [b]the torture goes on for a few hours and they take Beatrice back to her cell and keep you tethered in the interrogation room. This process continues for days and week and you notice Beatrice getting thinner as if she's barely being fed [/b]

[b]the torturer takes notice and injects her with something stopping the poison[/b]

[b]Its already too late. She quickly dies.[/b]

[b]they inject her with several things bringing her back and clearing out the poison[/b]

[b](-_- i hate you.) She wakes up coughing, scared stiff. Upon this short distraction, the Professor realizes that if he dies, they won't have any reason to torture her anymore. He does as Beatrice did, breaking off his tooth and swallowing the pill.[/b]

[b]they repeat the same process with him[/b]

[b]He comes back coughing and spitting, glaring at those who just saved his life.[/b] "Why......"

[b]they walk out leaving the torturer. Beatrice is tortured agains and you are both sent back to your cells and tethered to the walls[/b]

Thinking about the vow they took when they signed in as agents. He quietly recites it to himself.[/b] "Pledge in your hearts and minds, that you will stand with them in battle until the end. That you will trust each of them with your life. That you will protect, honor, and serve, the order that stands for the salvation of humanity. That you will fight until you are knees up in blood, before retreating. That you will ALWAYS, make sure, the dawn comes. That the world does not rule in darkness forever. That you WILL win. Because you have to. That you will be the lantern, shining in the darkness." [b]He repeats it over and over.[/b]

[b]they continue to torture Beatrice and make you watch for weeks[/b]

[b]Meanwhile, on Mars......[/b] [b]A burned man stands over a super computer, with a 3D map and a red dot emitting from it.[/b] "Well, well, well. Trying to hide eh? Well, there's a solution for that too." [b]Several of the people around quickly become Matriarch guards, identical in almost every way. But back at the facility, Beatrice and Arnold soon become soulless husks, almost not responding to pain at all.[/b]

[b]they are left in their cells for a few weeks[/b]

[b]In less than a month, the burned man has already infiltrated the system. Beatrice and the Professor just hang on the wall though. Heads down, unmoving. Yet not dead.[/b]

[b]all seems normal and the professor and Bearitce are takes from their cells and tied to wooden posts outside somewhere near the facility [/b]

[b]he is shocked awake and so is Beatrice[/b]

[b]He strangely stays unconscious. His pulse is still going, and he's not in a coma.... He's out cold.[/b]

[b]when they wake up they are in a hospital room Beatrice is hooked up to a bunch of different machines and equptment monitoring her and you hear the Queen outside of the door shouting at someone[/b]

His entire eyes are completely blood red, as are his resonators.[/b] "So good to have a body again.... Heh heh... Ole Reese never did trust me." [b]He looks at his limbs, grinning evilly.[/b]

[b]Beatrice isn't retraind but he is headlight tethered to a bed he Queen walks in an sits next to Beatrice on the edge of her bed[/b]

[b]He mumbles to himself.[/b] "I want to see how this plays out..."
