Sure, but there's a line that needs to be drawn between Destiny and OffTopic, and this guy would post random gifs just to draw attention to himself. Nothing related to destiny

Maybe. I've seen a lot of his posts around and they didn't really contribute anything to the OP. That's like 60% of the forum posts in general. People ask the dumbest questions, most of which can be answered in a few seconds with a Google search. Doesn't bother me either way but I always felt the forums were more like comedy central than anything serious.
