Sooooo what incentive does a new player have to try CE , VoG and PoE???
Cause everything from there is obsolete? Genuine question, not being smart....
Edit: Yeah yeah, they will do it for fun once or twice, no one from them will do CE 20-30 times for a useless crux...

Exotics. Mythoclast, Necrochasm, Lord of Wolves, Dregs Promise, and Queen Breakers Bow. Plus the armor looks sick for when you play crucible (at least VoG and CE) and some of the weapons wreck in crucible like found verdict (even more after the changes), vision of confluence, light of the abyss, shadow of veils

I don't know why they aren't making raid themed ghost shells and relics. Seems like that's the only thing that will keep them coming back

Don't we must have the Year 1 exotixs to be able to get the Year 2 Versions? So we still must grind the old Raids for the Year 1 Exos. Just to get the Blueprint for Year 2

Do it for the experience and you might get some fun out of it too. I finally did my first Sword Run last week just because no one wanted to do it and it was heart stoppingly fun. Got Crota down on the first go in 2 swords. It was only normal but it was still fun.

Probably do it once just to experience it. Thats really the only thing i can think of. I think if the redesign the armor and guns and make them as strong as the starting guns in ttk. I beat alot of people would play it alot more again.

1 OdpowiedźPeople say [i]fun[/i], but a huge spect of the enjoyment of these kinds of games lies in completing difficult challenges to gain sweet loot that makes you more powerful. Sure, it might be fun to take a tour of old raids, but without incentives I don't think it'll be fun to run with the shot at substantial loot.

A brand new player? Well, I'm guessing the minimum level for the new raid will be something like 34, and with our levels tied to our experience now, and not just our gear, I'm guessing some of them will want to raid and kill things while they're grinding along that path. If I were at level 26, and had nothing to look forward to for the next week or two except Vanguard bounties and Daily Missions, I'd get bored real quick.

Maybe nab flawless raider from crota, that's pretty much it. The only incentive is if the raid exotics get brought to year 2 sometime in the future

Personally I won't do them anymore myself, my attention will be turned to the nightfall, new raid and other pve activities. Also, pvp is going to have me drawn back, I am glad the meta is changing and I am excited for the new modes. So yea with all of that plus the subclass leveling, story, and bounties (endless other new shit) to do I will just not have the time to put that weekly CE or VOG, hell even POE I skip out on now just because it's not worth it and it's not fun.
