No Raid When TTK Launches
Folks, Luke Smith just announced with IGN that King's Fall will not be available when TTK launches and they'll announce when at a later date!
What are your thoughts?
Edit 1: The announcement is made in the last three minutes of the video.
Edit 2: Such great dialogue regarding the announcement as we trend in less than two hours! Thank you Guardians!
Edit 3: Bungie had tweeted the new raid, King's Fall, is completed and will launch on the heels of TTK.
Edit 4: King's Fall, the new raid in TTK, launches 9/18 at 10am PST.

You do realize that no one will be reach the required level to access that activity. Dunno if you bought Destiny in day one or if you are a christmas noob, but just so you know, VoG was not available upon Destiny's release, it wad released later.

That's fine, gives us time to do quests and try out new abilities/weapons in new crucible maps. We'll live without a raid for a week or two

They not only released VOG a short time after launch, but hardmode was about a month after that (I think) and CE hard came out a month after tdb. Good idea IMO, gives ppl time to lvl and gear up

I love it. I don't feel pressured to burn through all the story missions, quests and other content to hit lvl 40 and gear up in the first day. I can actually play the game and enjoy it.

1 OdpowiedźWhy would anyone want to even do the raid on day 1? It's going to take more than a day to hit max level and do all the quests and shit. They're also probably fixing an exploit or glitch at last minute.

16 OdpowiedziThis really upsets me. I will be level 40 as soon as the TTK is available. I was really hoping that I could run the raid with my buddies as we have all prepared for it weeks before hand

i hope the raid is delayed until one week before they release the next dlc so everything in the raid will become obsolete.

That's cool. Who knows, the new subclass might be essential in the new raid. It would take at least 2-3 weeks (for me anyway) to fully level 3 subclass and get used to using them.

16 OdpowiedziDoes anyone know what time TTK will be available to play? HoW was available to play at 10AM the day it launched if I remember correctly.
