That is why this thread is dedicated to keeping Year 1 content relevant. It would be a bazillion time easier for Bungie just reimplement ascension than to do whatever the hell it is you're proposing.
For Bungie purposes EASIER is greater than BETTER. I'm working within those confines. You're spazzing out over something, I don't even know.
