REAL TALK: How many exotics do you really use?
So with all this talk about exotics being left behind I want to know something. Do you REALLY use all of your exotics? other than Gjallahorn,
red death and a few hand cannons I can say that I rarely use any of these. So which ones do you use regularly? don't lie either.
edit: seems like most people only use a few. maybe we don't need to bring all of our exotics into year 2? just an observation.

Unless it's playing for fun, none but IB or now Ghorn. Why use the Vex when VoC is even better and doesn't use an Exotic Slot... When playing for fun I rotate through them all. All in regards to PvE however.. PvP gives you more incentives to use Exotic primaries but I don't really play Destiny PvP.. just arena shooting, had my fill of that long before now...

Besides when I'm upgrading one in case I need it, only Ice Breaker, The Last Word.

I use all of my weapons, just for the lolz.

Icebreaker and Invective are my go to weapons. Sometimes I'll play with Thorn and the Last Word. The armor is always in rotation, I'm not parricularly attached to any I have.

Unless I'm running a nightfall, I don't ever have much cause to use any exotic weapon other than IB and gally. I'll occasionally use Truth or Thunderlord if I'm running a void/arc NF though. Most exotics aren't worth their slot, IMO, as there's plenty of legendaries that perform just (or very nearly) as well.

AR's probably more after patch 2.0 so I'll add Hardlight to that list too. But I don't care about not bringing any of them into year 2. I'd like my bounty guns and Necro, but it is what it is.

If it wasn't for 1 exotic only and ammo lost upon switching, I would have used almost every single exotic weapons.

As of late I've really only been using the Queenbreaker's Bow, Mida, Bad Juju, and Icebreaker occasionally. I've only used Truth for Crota raids as I prefer my LMG. So no, we don't need every year 1 exotic. I'd say Bungie is taking exotics based on popularity, but I get the feeling that's wrong. Honestly, I just want my MIDA and Bad Juju to carry over, because what are the chances of having another Sanic Screwdriver Scout Everything and a pulse rifle that gets ammo upon each kill? #MIDAislove

I try them all from time to time. Only Ice, TLW, thunder, Gally, Invectice, and Red Death get used with some frequency.

1 OdpowiedźUsed to use Suros a lot pre auto rifle nerf. I mostly use Thorn for pvp. (Super Scrub! XD) Mida and Bones of Eao for bouncy super patrols. Bad Juju for glimmer farming a loot cave or kill 3 enemies with a super bounty. Icebreaker and P&T in solo nightfalls. Thunderlord for arc burns Otherwise Gjallahorn for pretty much every pve activity. I have Red Death ( can't aim it to save my life) The Last Word ( not got the hang of this one either) Hard Light ( pretty but useless) Invective (meh) Universal Remote & NLB ( fun but no) Pocket infinity ( Couldn't hit the side of a barn with this) SGA ( free shard as I don't do VoG often) Dismantled 4th Horseman before the shotgun buff. :'(

Edytowany przez użytkownika N0REGARD4LIFE: 8/24/2015 12:31:27 PMMIDA, Invective, and G Horn. Use Hawkmoon in PvP and sometimes in PvE though. For armor, Celestial Nighthawk, mask of the 3rd man, knucklehead radar, Bones of Eao, helm of saint 14, and Ram. That's about it.
