I imagined him as an old guy with a long beard and hair. Like a skinny santa with green and black robes

He looks more like a Marvel supervillain than a Destiny character. I expect him to look unique among all other warlocks, but this is not the direction or style I had imagined.

4 OdpowiedziI love it, except the head on the full body shot. I actually pictured Toland being much younger. Probably because when I see an elder, I automatically want to have some respect for him/her. Toland was banned from the tower; he's an outcast, I don't WANT to respect him, even if he is right. For this reason, I think Toland would be in his 20s. I picture him with hair similar to a thrall's head. He's crazy, but because of his obsession being wholehearted, I picture a kind of sadness in his eyes, a longing. I feel like staring into Toland's eyes would invoke a dark fear in the very back of my heart, but also make me feel empathetic at the same time. I should be a character designer.
