So why HAVEN'T you preordered TTK?
I want some honest discussion here. Personally, it's the scam this game was when it came out and now I'm hesitant to believe in TTK. I honestly think it looks incredible, but that's how I felt leading up to release and was completely underwhelmed.
So why are others hesitating to invest?
Edit: glad there's actually some civil people in this community. Personal reasons I haven't and that I agree with waiting or not preordering it are:
1. Fallout 4 and other fall releases.
2. You screwed me with the CE now earn my money back.
3. Sick or grinding AND WORSE re-grinding.
Sooooooo those new exotics huh... look pretty bad to me!

I refuse to preorder anything no matter how good it looks. Fallout 4? Nope. I preordered Titanfall and well that happened, then I gave preorder a second chance with the pre sequel, then I got ripped off. I will be buying it on day 1 thkugh

Can't download it from the xbox one store. It says unavailable for some reason. Also the deluxe edition items are not still up as a separate purchase from the deluxe edition.

Because if I have to start over because I can't move from XB-Ps4 then what's the point of playing anymore, I'm not going to play on two separate systems bungie -_-

I have not pre-ordered this next expansion because I have both 360 and xbox one and if they offer the "buy the 360 digital version, get the xbox one version free" (which I assume they will as most Activision games have followed this lately) then the prorder could be a waste of money. I'm not sure how they're set up yet in terms of bogo but better safe than sorry. On a side note: I plan on purchasing the day of release and have the microsoft points to do so

I'm just waiting for the digital version on the day of release I think. Either that or I'm going to upgrade to xbox one and get the collector's edition.

Plus new players are reading all the stuff on line about exotics being left behind. For example I asked my buddy hey you start playing his response was why I'll work hard for things that will be taken away from me.

I have the week of release off but I don't know if I will order it. My roommate already preordered it so I will check it out before I buy it. Plus, for $40 that better be the best -blam!-ing dlc they make. Seeing as how the other two were equal to this one and sucked a bit and how Bungie wants to make some cash by selling an over priced dlc, and then wants to add on another $20 for a swag pack. On the surface it looks just like a major cash grab by Bunie/activision.

2 OdpowiedziPeople complain about every little thing that exists.... yet it surprises me people don't understand. technically ttk is doing what all cod games do. But you're paying 60$ each year. Destiny is just pricing out there content to make it easier for the consumer. Theyre making old gear useless because they can't admit that they messed up with weapon balancing. Why else do you think they're bringing revamped versions of year one exotics in ttk. It's easier to do this instead of building an entirely new game. I myself do enjoy destiny, nor am I the one that'll defend it.. it is a crappy game. But like anything you grow a bound to, u end up loving it... I've met many different guardians through playing destiny, even becoming great close friends. Yes I am on the hype train it sounds like they're finally able to do what the community wants... but only because I want to be so excited so if it does become a dissapointment. Then that's their second chance they lost. Everyone deserves a second chance. But no more... yes a pre-ordered normally I dont... but it's my way of handing them my trust.
