Community Managers, will you address this in the BWU?
DeeJ, Cozmo, and maybe Urk if possible,
Would you mind explaining to the community the statement "not all year 1 exotics will be upgraded to year 2" in the Weekly update?
Because most people are very angry about the arbitrary leaving behind of their favourite exotics.
While I don't believe that is the case, I do not want to state my theory due to it bringing up arguments.
I just want a solid answer of what will be happening. And I would like to think that the rest of the community is dying for answers as well.
Edit: COZMO REPLIED! And according to the weekly update, the weapons brought to year 2 are getting a redesign! :) Sadly the weapons that aren't brought to year 2 will stay at year 1 levels. :( oh well, we'll find a way to manage.

And if cozmo could clear up being able to still get year one exotics, that'd be great. And finally, are there any new exotics, Exotics that are brand new and aren't just a year two upgrade. I understand the Fate of all Fools, 347 Vesta Dynasty, Jade Rabbit, and Sleeper Stimulant are all new exotics but what about the armor? And any more than the few weapons we know of? There are supposed to be more content then in the original game, vanilla if you will, and from the way the exotics are looking...
