Is there any defense against rocket launchers?
Might be a nill topic, but is there any class that has defense or a counter defense against across the map rockets?
Soon as the heavy spawns the games always turn into jumping with rockets repeatedly
Anyone?
***Edit: Within 15 min min of posting this, I get a Ash Factory drop with "grenades & horseshoes"... LMAO

3 OdpowiedziJust something random I noticed, so many posts on the forums complaining about the blink nerf, and how unnecessary it is. You go through this post reading "how to avoid rocket launcher shots" and 50% of everyone says to use blink. But noooo, it doesn't need a nerf. ?

Blink. That's about it. Only way to dodge a rocket that is aimed well.

Blink. It's the only OP ability that can dodge grenades, rockets, supers, etc.

If you're good enough, using a sniper rifle to land a quick headshot before they fire a rocket is one way.

1 OdpowiedźBlink is the obvious one. Titan bubble Radiance you take 0 damage if you time it as the ricket is about to hit and then you can tank another rocket occasionally. Bladedancer takes 2 rockets to kill. First thing I personally do is aim a sniper where they're likely coming from and wipe them before they get a chance. The ram with max armour warlock APPARENTLY can tank a rocket, though I've never tested this myself.

Hiding and possibly blink if you see it coming and get the timing right, but don't expect that to last because blink is getting nerfed in some way which I can't think of a nerf that won't absolutely destroy any usefulness it has.

2 OdpowiedziWouldn't know myself....If I'm not near my teams heavy I usually rush the other team.....nothing like 5 players wasting rockets, all shooting at the same time.....figure I save a few of my team that way, and if I'm lucky I take atleast 1 with me.

Blink if timed right or any super other then GG, Striker warlock and bladedancer will often take at least one rocket to the face with out dieing
