Tell me something I don't know about Destiny and get one free Red Bull code!

Edit 1: Didn't think I will run out of codes this quick. I'll get 7 more in one hour, keep em' coming!
Edit 2: It's hard to keep up with all of these comments. >.< I didn't think there were this much facts I didn't know.
Edit 3: Since I'm close on running out of codes, all of the "behind the scenes" things doesn't count. (voice actors etc.)
Edit 4: I'm going off for now. (It's almost 4AM here) I will continue this tomorrow if I have time to get more codes! I've sent ~30 codes but I apologize to everyone who didn't get a code. Hopefully tomorrow I'm able to read all of the comments I missed. Good night Guardians!

All exotic weapons originally had full on bounties/quests associated with them and all exotic primaries had burns. They scrapped this.

The Titans skullfort helmet only changes to shader colors on female characters. The male helmet stays always the dark gray

5 OdpowiedziThe Helm of Saint-14 is dented because the legendary Titan bashed in a Kell's head with a headbutt. Those "dragons" on Venus are in fact a creature Bungie devs call 'Batadactyles,' because no one could decide if they looked like a bat or a pterodactyl. The Traveler was originally a giant ship in space, but the idea was scrapped in favor of an Earthen-environment. The Hunter Vanguard before Cayde-6 (conceptually) is/was a male Human named Joden. Crota has been known to kill Guardians with the shattered remains if their Ghosts. Prince Uldren was originally a character named The Crow (you may remember him from one of the first viddocs, saying, "Why is the City staring down my back?"). Conceptually, Crow was a member of the Trinary Star Cult, a group who believe the Traveller is evil. This obviously was scrapped. Sparrows were going to be called Shrikes. Patrol was called 'Explore' in the Beta. In the very first mission, A Guardian Rises, you can find a broken Devil Walker that is an Easter-Egg reference to the Devil Walker fought in the same location in E3 gameplay trailer of 2013. The Reef has a gravity-manipulating weapon at their disposal, which was used in the Reef Wars. You can see Mars from the Moon. The linear accelerator on the Moon is an elaborate mail system: items would literally be shot up to the outer colonies of Mars and Venus at incredible speeds. Phobos actually rotates very slowly, making it one of the most elaborate skybox pieces in Destiny. Standing in certain spots in Skywatcher allows you to view nearly the entire Cosmodrome map. King's Watch, Forgotten Shore, the Colony Ship, Mothyards, the Grottos, and some of the Divide are all observable. Hunters, according to lore, were vagabond poachers and bounty hunters living outside the City walls, until an increasing presence of Light within Hunters, and the City's desperate need of warriors, drove the City into accepting them into their ranks. The original Titans built the walls surrounding the City. Warlocks study the Light for their entire life: the study of the Darkness, however, often leads to outcast. (Toland, Osiris) Throwing-Knife-Headshoting a Cursed Thrall results in a knife that is infinitely spinning in air, staying in place. (Knife will despawn, only works if thrall is killed) Thorn-burn does not affect Servitors, but other burns, such as from a grenade, do. You see that mountain? Yeah, you can go there.

Well one thing a lot of people don't know, is that this is actually a great game hidden in a forum of Sh*T. JUST SAYIN. Plus there are no stores within 200 miles of me that sell the destiny coded redbulls.

1 OdpowiedźDid you know that if you click the buttons on the directional pad while on your sparrow your character will point to the direction you click .... Also depending on the sparrow if you are airborn you will do tricks to recharge your sparrow!!

In the original storyline of destiny, before the rewrite, the Traveler was actually the darkness in disguise and the Black Garden was a mystical place within the Traveler. If you look at old concepts for The Black Garden, you'll notice similarities to the outside of the traveler and you'll also notice that what we know to be The Black Garden today, is not what is being depicted in these concept arts which were released by Bungie themselves

The Cabal are perfectly equipped to deal with the Hive, as they have been running from their leader, Oryx. The Cabal have: -Solar shields, the only damage type Hive do not do -Splash damage weapons -All Solar guns, to deal with wizards -Phalanx shields look like they can block a Cleaver attack -Psions and Colossus' do splash damage melee, to deal with Thralls -Fight Hive magic with Psion telekinesis (sort of a fire with fire approach, which could be the reason Psions are in this war) In addition, the Cabal may not be as purposefully destructive as you think. They have been fleeing from Oryx, leaving destroyed worlds in its place. But it could be Oryx who destroyed those worlds after the Cabal fled. Destroying moons for getting in their way may be because they need to keep a course to a safe haven. Going around means losing their course. Additionally, the Taken attack against the Cabal started this week. The Scabland base is burning, and alarms can be heard inside of the Legion's Keep, which were not there previously.

1 OdpowiedźFollows is an explanation (or, for lack of a better term, an interpretation) of the vault of glass, and the "threat" behind it, known as Atheon. Atheon is a divergent vex, meaning that he does not align with the rest of the vex network. That is one of the reasons why he is so heavily guarded in the layered vault, to protect (hence the hezen protective) him from other vex, as well as any intruders (us). His name, "Atheon", is derived from atheist, which can be interpreted as meaning that he, and those who follow him, does not give into the blind worship of the dark heart at the center of the black garden. This gives us what we can assume is the reason why Atheon has isolated himself in the first place. By that logic, does that not mean that he can be considered "good"? After all, we do see the enemy of our enemies as our friends... In fact, this classifies "him" as even more dangerous than the other vex. In the real world, self-isolation is a red flag, and asocial behavior a warning. I believe that he has isolated himself, not only to hide himself, but to continue his literally timeless efforts, nay, schemes, of greed, his delusions of grandeur (much like the greed of the absolutist rulers of old) So what is this plan that Atheon has been developing for literally all of eternity? It is quite simple: to insert himself, much like a virus, into the laws of nature so that the vex, or more precisely, he, would be impossible to delete. If successful Atheon would've/will have been synced for infinity with reality. But that is the thing, and if there is one flaw about the time travelling vex, it is that they cannot defy (yes I know this is corny) their true "destiny". Did you ever wonder why the vex, if they could really travel through time, didn't just travel to the past and eliminate the guardians when they were weak? Because, in every projection that they played through, the guardians always prevail. Out is not the destiny of the vex to win, and they know it. For the same reason has Atheon remained mortal, although his hubris has kept him from recognizing this (in other words, he is in denial). And, as the vex have proven through their inaction, the guardians have prevailed too over the divergent and ambitious mind "Atheon". Well, I guess this is the end of my nerd-rant. Kuddos to whoever finished it! :-)

The G-horn was only sold this week as a marketing ploy to get more activity on destiny and in turn get more people to buy the taken king. I know I know "but XUR is RNG" true but that's not hard to manipulate if your the developer and have access to the server, it's a marking strategy that bungie has used before like right before the dark below dropped, xur sold a weapon never sold before. "Give them what they want and they'll spend money" actually works.
