90% of crucible players spam shotgun.
Just sad tbh. No it doesn't take skill hence why 10/12 players primary shotty every match.

12 OdpowiedziAlso I hate -blam!-ing sniper scrubs. All I see is last word efrideets appear loving hunters. Only time I used sniper is when I keep getting sniped. I pull out my predates revenge or ldr. Better yet when heavy come my truth :) Omg you should see all the sniper who keep catching rockets in the face on twilight gap when I blink up and fire the truth across the map. They die, come back and try to run away when they see me fire. Only to be smashed in the back by the hammer of god lol.

I use bad juju paired with a shotgun, bad juju has surprisingly good rand damage ratio and the shotgun is for when there are way too many people around me and bad juju even though it potentially has unlimited ammo does not have the stopping power that my fellwinters does

I only get mad at shotgunners when they use it the whole game. If its situational like going inside somewhere in cqc then yah you know shotty all the way, but for the full game a shotgun? Like they dont even know what a primary is. One time i messaged a dude saying "Shotguns aren't primaries" & the smartass messaged me back saying universal remote. But he wasn't even using universal remote that dick.

I cry when I get shottied and watch my killer run away never switching to a primary just straight shotgun the whole game. People like that are God awful.

8 OdpowiedziThe bigger issue is all the -blam!-s using thorn and the last word. That makes it damn difficult for me to use a different gun and ace with it. But with the next rebalance it might be solved and people find their next powerhouse

I agree 100% an to all u saying why does it matter ... Just remember that shottys are special weapons they are not meant to be used as primary and if it's the only way U can kill then u suck ...literally every match I play 3/6 use shotty as main and it's stupid

As long as you play smart, you should not have a problem. Honestly I don't run into shoties very often, although on those matches where I am paired up against some n00bs, just keep your distance and pick them off slowly.

It's annoying but part of the game. I'd love a 'primary only, non exotic' clash or rumble. Feel that would be a fun and good test. Not all the time but as an occasional option. Thorn / shotgun/ thorn / shotgun gets boring. Try and play with alternates and end up thinking feck it, join em

There are 3 main special weapons but so normally 4 people should be using a shotgun but fusions such so half half. 6 people using shotguns now but most maps are shotgun friendly maps so that's how you get 10

I use shotguns because I main a scout rifle. I mostly use my scout though.

Blame the stale rotation of maps. Longer range maps tend to have less shotty users. At the same time tho you encounter more sniper try hards. So take what you want from that.
