Maybe have it for the striker subclass. Kills with this helmet will give more super energy. With 38/64 intellect. 39/47 strength. More Auto rifle ammo capacity over hand cannon. And the last perk. How about..... Double kills give an agility boost. Or give back your melee charge. Idk you guys decide.
