I'm taking a break until TTK drops, waiting to read the reviews, and then deciding whether to get it or not. I did, however, preorder Fallout 4 the day they announced year 1 legendaries were no longer able to be ascended.

2 OdpowiedziI will definitely buy TTK eventually but I am not on this hype train at all. So many ground breaking games set for release like Fallout 4 and Halo 5. I'm sure TTK will be good and worth playing, but they hyped us up for HoW also and it was largely a letdown. They said engaging and dynamics story and it was all over in 2 hours. I'm excited for the raid, but besides that I'm just expecting more hyped up mediocre additions to the game that it should have had at launch.

Was on it, then I realized you couldn't ascend old gear. Got the -blam!- off of the hype train as fast as I could. What a turn off.

I'm not a child, so I don't get hyped when the marketing team puts out a trailer that does exactly what it's suppose to do - make the game look as good as possible. This is the same Bungie that said the base game had "rich cinematic storytelling". Anyone who buys what they're selling at face value is either a rabid fanboy or mentally slow.
