So... Best Legendary Scout and Pulse Rifles?
I currently have Fang of Ir Yut, but have heard that One/One Synesthete is basically the legendary MIDA. So is Fang better that One/One, vice-versa, or something else?
Same with pulse rifles. I have Bad Juju and Red Death, but want a legendary one. Is 55A-Allfate good, or should I grind for a better one (this isn't as urgent).
P.S. - Both of the ones I'm looking at are the Vanguard purchaseable ones.

Easily out performing allFATE and Salvation State. [u]Pulse Rifles[/u]: Praedyth's Timepiece (non-reforgeable) The Messenger (Adept) (Trials 9-0) Hopscotch Pilgrim (reforgeable) Although Hopscotch Pilgrim is rare, it's ability to be reforged with the desired perks makes it the best out of the three in PVP.

The One/One doesn't come close to either if them, plus it's kinetic vs the fang's arc and the VoCs solar. For pulse rifles, the Hopscotch Pilgrim is the legendary most sought after, but the spare change.25 is almost as good. Almost. The Allfate has some fans though, especially in PvP.

Spare change .25 has the same impact and rof of messenger and red death. Love my messenger though
