Second chance? With all the news update posts and past patches attempting to curtail cheating of all kinds in PvP I'd say all these guys had ample warning and opportunity to not participate in practices that they most certainly knew would be considered cheating. They've have at least 5+ chances up to this point. All they deserve is a "goodbye and good riddance."

Cheating in a game regardless in my opinion deserves a complete ban. Theres one thing about a glitch, but using outside factors to manipulate a game is an unforgivable sin. Heck id sign off on a console perma ban from psn/xbl for 3rd strike offenders regardless of games. Ie strike 1 on cod, 2 on destiny, and 3 on madden or something like that. Theres no excuse. Its why i moved to consoles from pc, the aim bots and lag switchers were rampant as hell and i left. If someone wants to glitch, or cheat, or mod an offline game have at it, but bring it online and let the banhammer swing loud and hard.

If you knowingly performed an activity which would give you an unfair advantage or go against the game mechanics, I think the appropriate response is removal from enjoying the game. Forever. There are plenty of other games where they can redeem themselves.
