I'm so sick of this community.
The pure elitist nature of this community makes me sick. Almost everybody on these forums seems to carry a holier-than-thou attitude like a badge on their chest.
Apparently, if you don't have 3 34s, have run both raids on normal and hard multiple times, have most if not all exotics, have run flawless Trials and have run 35 PoE, your opinion isn't valid.
Apparently you can't complain about a weapon unless you've used it. Apparently if your K/D doesn't reach a certain number then you're the worst player of all time. If you die too often, you'll probably be booted if you aren't playing with friends.
Oh, you've never raided before? Good luck finding any group that will let you raid with them without a [b]lot[/b] of searching. What's that? Your grimoire (a small number that signifies how many pointless things you've found/done) isn't high enough? Booted, you're automatically bad at the game. I'm not even gonna get started on the Gally elitism, the biggest reason why I support patch 2.0.
I understand that there are friendly and helpful users on here, but they're immensely overshadowed by self-righteous pricks who think that playing anything besides nonstop Destiny makes you a worthless pile of nothing. In fact, I'd say dealing with this obnoxious community is more tedious than anything else in the game! No wonder Bungie rarely interacts with you guys; if I had a playerbase like this I'd probably release the content and not say a word!
You guys are so disgusting, so toxic, so utterly annoying that #OffTopic is a nicer place than this.

3 OdpowiedziYeah.. It's very hard to rebut almost all your points. I've gone about every time to raids or Trials with a friend or 2/random Destiny lfg/these forums. If you would like to do a raid normal or hard, trials, or nightfall just message me and I can see with some of my other friends have time. (For real if your on Playstation I will try to make time in the next week or 2) Most people playing Destiny on both Xbox and Playstation are like what you said but there are some of us like you out here still playing for fun. I still find it hilarious people that won't let you do Poe 35 without a Gjallarhorn. (There is plenty of videos online of groups beating Poe 35 with far less weapons) Everyone knows it just takes teamwork and a little trial and error, but they want it the easy way Gjallarhorn or you suck! What does that mean then? They sucked too before the RNGensus gave them the precious...

The community is crap, but not for the reasons you specify. I'm sure most are generally nice people, like myself. But all this community does is whine. I get on. Every few days hoping to see a post that isn't life or death about thorn I hope to see posts that have a cool story, or "I finally got the gun i want" I despise these posts with someone's ultimate fix to every crappy exotic in the game. Instead share your favorite build and where you got your armor. This community overrall is just ungrateful. When it comes to raiding, if you keep dying and causing thr team to lose without contributing much, it's hard to argue that you deserve the rewards. Because honestly, this game is easy. People expect vets to carry someone brand new through a raid. I was never carried through a raid, I don't mind helpin people but newbies have to understand the mechanics and so often they dont. End of rant.
