[b]The Taken King[/b] Hello dear Guardians. We are so happy to announce our next, biggest release to the universe of Destiny! You faced his son in [b]The Dark Below.[/b] you triumphed over fear that consumed the minds of every last human. Now, He comes for you. Oryx, The Taken King. In this widely spread expansion, you'll be finding many surprises that await ahead of you. First off, we have [b]The Dreadnought[/b]. A vast ship that's a whole patrol on its own! You'll explore a seemingly large area, almost the size of Earth patrol or Venus! While in The Dreadnought, you'll uncover hidden secrets and treasure that await you. Not only that, but you'll also experience our largest raid yet! Here on the Dreadnought itself. Did we also mention [b]Phobos?[/b] here on Phobos, Mars moon, you'll take on a set of completely new missions. Not only will you be faced with new missions, but with newly designed enemies, while yes they are just old enemies renewed, their abilities are far different. Along with our most prized expansion to date, you'll also get to experience a couple more strikes, now with dynamic boss battles! Aside from just a new raid, story missions, and a new patrol area, you'll also find that there is a new line a loot waiting to be collected! We are finally introducing the three weapon manufacturers: Hakke, Omolon, and Suros. Each will have their own line of designed weapons to be set out and deployed by you, the Guardian. Along with that, there will be a ton of new legendaries and, everyones favorite, Exotics as well! The factions will be more involved with their own set of weapons as well along with the Gunsmith who will provide further use to you than before! Did we also mention class weapons? Another on look to what awaits you, we are also introducing a new subclass to each character! Now you can shift the way you play even more with these newly fitting subclasses: [b]Sunbreaker[/b], [b]Stormcaller[/b], and [b]Nightstalker[/b]. Not only are you going to experience a new subclass for each character, but we're also introducing a couple of new weapon types! More information about those will be unveiled soon. Overall through our next biggest release you're looking at: - A new, long, and difficult raid waiting to be looted by Guardians. - A whole new vast patrol area. - Phobos, a new area for missions and possibly patrol. - A few new innovated strikes featuring dynamic boss battles. - A new and large line of legendary and exotic gear to be acquired. - A few new crucible maps. - A couple of new crucible game modes. - A new subclass for each character. - A couple new weapon types. I'm planning on buying it because so far I've gotten pretty much what I've expected with each purchase. I may end up being disappointed but until that happens, I do no reason to expect it. It's really no different than pre-ordering any other game. You don't know what you are going to think of a game until you play it for yourself. If I felt like I've been screwed over already, it would be a different story

I don't think its bungie, I think its Activision. Bungie for one hired a voice for us, and even more so in previous games did give us good games. I think Activision wanted to break up the game. I still enjoy destiny so so much especially with my friends. I never find it Grundy, maybe hard to get etheric light which is the first thing I have found really. The story, yeah it was short and they need more game for the amount they ask for. But that is not bungie. Its Activision I'm sure of it.

Honestly... Most people, including myself, are gonna buy this even if the reviews aren't great. The reason is there just isn't any competition right now for Destiny. They know even if it's mediocre, that it will sell like crazy because there is no other good option for people who like shooters mixed with MMOs (or MMO elements). The Division might force Destiny up there game though... Nothing quite like a good dose of competition to make companies put more money and care into there product. But the Division is a little too late. Bungie knows that the first to market in a brand new MMO-type game is gonna outlast the others because we've put so much time into it before the competition comes out, that it will be too hard to give up our 2-year old Guardians for a new version. That's probably why they cut content and rushed this out the door. It is THAT important that they were first to market. Oh well... I'm still going to pre-order because I know I'm going to play it regardless. I've enjoyed my time playing with my friends too much not to have it on DAY 1 and have to wait a week for the review to happen (and honestly it should take longer than a week for a full review because I doubt the Raid will be available for the first week or so)

Personally every dollar Iv spent on this game has been more than worth it

I'm ordering it. I'm a doctor. I think I can afford it. Lol. When you get older you'll see that 40 bucks means nothing to most ppl.

So fixing bugs and glitches is forcing you to play as they want you to play? Destiny actually has a very indepth story if you bothered to actuallly pay attention. All MMO style games are all about grinding to get stuff. I never played much of Battlefield, except for a bit of 3 but that game didn't have any horde mode in it. As a matter of fact the only only FPS games i ever really seen horde mode in is C.o.D with zombies and aliens, and C.o.D makes you buy dlc packs to get all the parts of the horde mode. Everything you posted has 0 facts behind it and is all your personal opinion. When you can actually back up your whining and crying with facts then try again, but try harder. Stupid Monkey.
