I personally think all they had to do was revert auto rifles to their original states. They wouldn't need to touch anything else, that would balance PvP.

1 OdpowiedźThe elephant in the room has nothing to do with op guns and everything to do with the broken pvp. The match making , lag, and rubberbanding is horrible. I swear every week this game gets worse. Iron banner is all but unplayable. I don't understand Bungie at all! Rather than deal with the root of the problem they would rather screw with guns again. Which by the way worked ohhhh so well last time when they made auto rifles completely useless . Which is what caused everybody to start using thorn anyways. Same thing with shotguns. They nerfed the piss out of fusion rifles so what else are you going to use . It's their fault pvp is like this and I'm pretty sure it's going to get worse.

1 OdpowiedźMy feelings that I posted. : First off, thank you Bungie for all the countless hours I have played and enjoyed. With an immense amount of gratitude I will tell you that for me the 2.0 Weapon Update was a BIG BUZZ KILL. In my humble opinion you guys shouldn't have waited so long, and you shouldn't have condensed EVERY SINGLE weapon tweak all on one update. It's too much, and what I mean by that is, as a summary your weapon update is just ONE BIG NERF. That's what many of us feel. I suggest you communicate better with us and most of all ACKNOWLEDGE MUCH SOONER than you did. I have a feeling you have pissed a lot of gamers off, and I would recommend strategizing a little differently next time when you decide to change the outcome of the whole entire game with weapon balance. I'll see when you release TTK and hope you listen to your loyal fan base. Peace.

Uh...I'm personally super excited to bring the necrochasm into a pvp match. 2.0 is awesome...not sure what u are bitching about. Maybe you should try playing the game for fun instead of seeking some sort of entitlement. Guns have nothing to do with skill, it's all on how u play as a guardian. I haven't touched my thorn in a month, maybe you should do the same

3 OdpowiedziI agree with you too dude.The reason they are making the changes it's because of the PVP whinners.It doesn't say people are complaining in PVE they are complaining in PVP.They should make PVP and PVE separate.I know that we all have to move on from the old weapons to the new ones but still why nerf the weapons we worked hard to optain over PVP whinners.I have never played any other game that when people bitch and complain about how good or how bad the weapons are in certain modes of the game the developers go in and change the way the weapons are.Thats why they have an assortment of weapons so that if you dont like the perks on one then there are others you can choose from.This is only the begining,just wait till the Taken King comes out.PVP players will again whine about the weapons and they will get nerfed across the board including PVE.I'ts pathetic.and to those saying we are whinning.just go read bungie's notes and see where it says who was whinning about the perks of the thorn.NOT PVE PLAYERS BUT PVP PLAYERS!

Just wait and see how the changes affect the game. Nobody even knows how effective these changes are yet so many people have stated that Bungie has broken their game or have ruined weapons. They only gave us percentages and to be honest some of the changes weren't entirely clear, they have to work on their clarity when passing on information. So just wait and see what happens. I hope you end up okay with the changes after you experience them.

You poor little thing, so much work and effort...and to think they were going to take EVERYTHING AWAY! You will rise above with a rallying cry to all your friends...there will be hell to pay! Poor Bungie, a quality customer has been lost.

I think it's a great update. Getting rid of the OP handcannons, final rounds and the ridicously strong shotguns is a great idea.

The only ones that benifit off this are newbs WHO CANT HANG WITH HIGH LEVEL GROUPS and people that dont own the guns being targeted. Most of u haters are prob the reason for this change. "Oh no poor me i cant play poe or raid cause i suck and dont have ghorn to pick up my obvious lack of skill". Stop whining about being left out and earn one like myself and millions have done. Ghorn is the trophy achievement in this game and it is designed to be OP. Change that and they change the game! This is only one mans opinion. LET THE BASHING COMMENCE.
