Did I miss something or did Xur forget something?

Xur probably would sell his old reliables anyway, nothing we have not seen many times, no IC guaranteed...On a side not, has anyone seen the screen shot from a player in Germany? It looks pretty real that is was to be a Gally sold. I wonder if it is legit?
