What is the Most Challenging Sport???
[b]I'm interested to see what you think. What is the all around most challenging sport? [/b]
[u]Important things to consider when voting:[/u]
-Speed needed
-Strength/Power needed
-Endurance needed
-Mental toughness needed
-Physical toll on the body
-Hand eye coordination needed
-Agility needed
-Flexibility needed
-Practice needed
My opinion is in the spoiler below:
[spoiler]I think MMA is the toughest because it takes a HUGE mental and physical toll on you, and can require tons of endurance. I don't do MMA, but I have a lot of respect for the people that do.[/spoiler]

Where is distance running? Cross country is a pretty taxing sport.

3 OdpowiedziI was a pro fighter for 8 years, in that time I fractured my shin, toes, knuckles, ribs & nose, tore my calf, had stitches under & above my eye but worst injury was when I had a full rupture of my distal bicep tendon ( my left bicep tore off the bone and the tendon snapped at the elbow so the muscle rolled up in a lump by my shoulder. Of that list mma is the toughest but I found I got injured even more in muay Thai and k1.

4 OdpowiedziIm gonna say nascar. I've gotten the chance to drive one around Talladega Superspeedway and seen the behind the scenes of what the drivers go through. Not only do they have to have good physical traits such as strength and stamina but also they have to have the mental strength to relize this is a sport that they could die doing. That takes a lot of willpower.

Baseball requires an extremely high metal and physical level. It's why they are paid so much.

>Ctlr+F >"Three Gun" Oh, come on. Have none of you actually watched a 3 Gun match? You need literally all that shit, and still manage to hit targets at up to 100 yards. It's Physically Taxing Mentally taxing. Requires extreme dexterity Requires quick thinking I would personally like to see a match with more long range shooting. But I guess that would be 4 gun. Semi-auto rifle for med-range and a bolt gun for longer range, out past 400 yards. With all the transitions in between. Running from station to station, etc... If my pistol wasn't shit, and I had a bigger cap tube on my Shotgun and a 30rd mag on my rifle, I'd love to do Three gun. It'd be a great way to get in shape methinks.
