What brand headset do you use?
Personally I use Turtle beach XO Ones for xbox. Leave your type of headset after voting, and if other list below.
Edit:Apparently ps gold is really popular. Wish microsoft made one like that.

Nice turtle peach px22; had its glorious days in cod ghost. Now it is irrelevant for crucible but the sound is still amazing!!!

Turtle Beach PX4. I think they're really good. Lovely crisp 5:1 sound.

I replaced the standard Xbox one headset because the wire was starting to fray after about a week of use with an Afterglow Wired Communicator branded for PS4. It's just a single ear and mic headset. It's comfortable to wear and the voice quality is decent. It has a typical 3.5 mm plug.
