The hopscotch pilgrim - rarest gun in the game
So there's this gun called the hopscotch pilgrim which is only obtainable through vanguard dragon. It's a pulse rifle with messenger type damage but with less range, more stability and more magazine. I've seen it in crucible but it seems impossible to get.... over the past few days I've ranked up my cryptarch 15 times from playing the strikes and have only seen one drop, but not for me. Have any of you guys gotten this beast?
Edit: If you have it did you get it from 28 prision or dragon strikes?
Edit 2: A second hawkmoon just dropped from the strikes in the past 2 days, still no hopscotch for me
Edit 3: Still no hopscotch, saw another drop but not for me. When i say grinding I mean 5-8 hours a day
Edit 4: And I just got a plan c, great, that makes 3 exotics, no hopscotch

I got mine this morning!!! I was so happy. Its been a long 3 plus weeks running dragons and 28s but now its mine.

1 Odpowiedźmeh i still prefer Coiled Hiss or Super Pox i love watching the kill feed and see everyone killing me with the messenger (not adept) and hopscotch i just wish there were better maps for the scout rifles, i love my Scholar (adept) but its tricky to use on smaller maps

I got it from my second Dragon strike.

I just got a rare Dead Air OFP93. It's stats are very similar to Hopscotch, but it has full auto. I'm gonna give it whirl in Crucible.

Finally dropped few days back. Rerolled to many times and perks are... Feeding frenzy Smallbore or high caliber rounds Glass half full Like it alot but no perfect roll. Dropped at psion players strike. And dropped one for teammember at devils lair.

I've literally had his gun 20 times... It's not rare at all... Drops as often as loner rebel and high road soldier...

Not necessarily. In the lower tier end of the community, that doesn't do end game content such as raids, doesn't use lfg sites and just does matchmade content such as the level 28 Poe and the strike playlist, the weapon is rather common. They probably don't know how good it is or have great rolls on it, but I have taken people through their first ever raids who have got one and have no idea of the potential that that weapon has. You are unlikely to see players like that in pvp or on the forums though. Rarest weapon you can currently still get is probably the praetorian foil. Just a stupidly low drop rate (cue that one person who always posts 'I have dismantled 5!') Rarest weapon of all time is probably the original queens wrath sniper the supremacy. It only dropped late October/early November for 2 weeks.

Nope. The vog fusion rifle is still rarer. Also, I got hopscotch when I ran 28 Poe,and completed my last cipher
