What I Will Do On 7/7
I will wake up, drink some coffee, get dressed and go to work.
After making $28.50 an hour for 12 hours a day I will come home, with a smile on my face, grab a beer, kiss my wife and turn my Xbox on.
Then I will get on Destiny, collect anything there is to collect and I will have fun doing so, because life is good, Taken Kings price isn't budging, yet it will still be a decent DLC I believe and I have no problem paying for everything because I will get months of entertainment for the cost of 1 night at the bar. I can live with that.

1 OdpowiedźIf I have time I will play Destiny if I feel like it. This whole protest thing on July seventh seems unlikely to actual accomplish anything. Besides, I'm not going to let someone else dictate to me when I'm going to play a game I've purchased. Simply put, I'll play if I want to. Thanks for the post.

Whatever they are going to try and convince us why we should play for so called "Destiny Day" will still be there on the 8th, 9th, 10th,11th, 12th........that's right, it never changes. To all that play that day, have fun, to those that don't, congrats.

1 OdpowiedźI'm with you. Was never upset about $40 for TTK and after thinking about it, the items that people will get with the CE will mark most as noobs or suckers. They aren't worth $20. I won't buy them. I also don't get to play every day, so if your boycott lands on a day where I have several hours to play video games... Well I'm probably logging in. I enjoy the game. I see it could've been more. I also see it's the first year of a ten year project and still has a ton of potential. Another thing... I've been playing video games since the 80s and been responsible for buying them myself since the mid to late 90s. Games were $50-55 back then and cost $60 brand new in the early 2000s. It's actually quite amazing that a launch day game hasn't gone up much in twenty years. Anyways... I agree with you.

If they don't like the game, or Bungie's business practices, then they shouldn't play or buy upcoming releases. Simplify. Find what makes you happy, then cast aside that which does not. Telling someone to hurt themselves only shows their own inner struggle with hate and anger. Be at peace, grasshopper.
