Since the vex have 1 m8nd controlling millions of units, then how is it that oryx can control (take) a single unit and not control that one mind too? How can he control a body that has a single mind without controlling the whole mind?

So I have this theory. I don't want to get shamed for my dumb ideas though. The community always suggested that we should be able to go down to the last city. But, what if there is a reason we can't go down. Like a story reason. What if everything people are telling us are lies and there is nobody down there. We are the last survivors of our species.
