Is Vision of Confluence still top tier?
Just wondering if the Vision of Confluence is still a top Pve scout rifle? I just got one and am wondering if it's worth ascending? Any advice would be appreciated.
Edit: wow thanks for all the great convo and information. Looks like Voc is still a great weapon for PVE. I will now focus on ascending it and now try to obtain fatebringer.

I personally don't find it that much better than some other legendary scout rifles. I was disappointed in its overall performance after all the hype.
