Why do so many people have such low grimoire?
i saw a 34 with 1450 yesterday
By this I mean 2990 and below.

I can't be bothered to finish a lot of raids as i don't have all the time in the world, and my luck sucks, so no new exotics

Well, after looking at the stats on your characters I'd say grimoire score doesnt account for anything except maybe playing too much. I have around a 2700 grimoire score, and stat-wise I look like a much better player. Glad I started in January and got to skip some of that mindless grind. Should change the name of this thread to "lets try to shame others to make ourselves look better".

3 OdpowiedziI'd say anywhere above around 2800 is acceptable. At least if you are talking about people who are 34. If they are under that, and 34, they either only do the one thing a lot, or they've not been playing for long at all. Nothing wrong with being new, just means you need to play a little more cautiously with them.

I'm still fairly new, I've only got 2 32+ chars, ad working on my third. I started about 1 week before house if wolves came out and I'm under 2500. A lot f it could be new players pushing straight to end game content, that would attribute to a low score.

5 OdpowiedziBecause, for me, it adds nothing to my experience of the game or actual game play. Personally, it offends me that such a basic behavioral reward system designed to increase engagement constitutes in-game content. Destiny [i]can[/i] be a great game, but more and more I see the design as focused on increasing engagement, not to create an optimal experience for the player (and creating a great gaming experience would be profitable), but to ultimately influence consumer buying behavior.

My Grimoire isn't impressive, but I still maxed all of my characters out. I don't try for Grimoire.

If I picked up all the ghosts is be at 3000 but that sounds boring. Maybe I'll stay doing them in phases

I do see that as weird as well not saying their bad at the game or anything just doesn't make sense? If your that high of a lvl an you don't have a high grimoire, what do you do when you play? Like are you just rushing through the game so you can brag about being max rank then crying about how this game is terrible? Do you post about how you hate low ranks that don't have what it takes? I just don't get it.

Bottom line is I just don't try or care. I let the meaningless numbers rise as they will.

1 OdpowiedźProbably because they don't spend 3 to 6 hours or more a day playing destiny Some probably have to prioritize their game time and so streamline their play and only do what's necessary to level what they need to do the limited events they want to experience Unlike couch warriors like myself who have way too much time on their hands and have the luxury of playing whatever, whenever ;-)
