I agree, having to re-buy what I bought a year ago for "exclusive" content is absolutely obsurd and a slap to the face by Bungie. Luke obviously "sympathized" with this. You know, if i saw those new emotes, I wouldn't throw money at the screen, I'd throw literal shit at his face for that kind of disrespectful comment. He is a master piece don't you think? Arrogance like that is hard to come by. Bungie needs to open their eyes and see the shit they are tossing at us and fix it. They are the ones who have grinded for hours upon hours. They are the ones who have endured the bugs in the game. They have been with it since the beginning. Or, have the content for everyone. The only thing that matters here is how many people open their wallets and by all accounts many millions have. This tells Bungie they have struck a market-supportable price point so all the petitions in the world mean jack diddly. If their pre-order numbers were in the toilet marketing would be doing an 11th hour reassess but they know they don't have to. The players are the fundamental enabler here.

I wouldn't throw a dollar at you for a lousy dance, even if it made my awoken female finally move that left foot! On a serious note, they shouldn't have sent this guy into this interview with these non-answers because-- even if it wasn't intended-- the majority are [understandably] taking this as a huge, proverbial middle finger to the consumer.

But I am a sucker! I'm back on forums! :) I'm loving this wildfire because we tried to save them from themselves but they wouldn't listen. If they had been doing right by us this whole time, one little comment wouldn't matter. Results speak louder than words and when results are lacking and the words are basically confirming what we already know, then we have no choice but to speak by closing our wallets.

Like I said upgraded today to Xbox 1. Intentionally burned my Destiny bridge, since Destiny is on PS3, and have no intention of getting it.

Luke definitely came off as a condescending prick in that interview. But I'm really not worried about the price of tkk or missing out on some noob emotes. Early adopters are gonna get some bones too, kids just have to be patient.
