Is Destiny worth $180?
Destiny including all the DLC In the end will cost $180, Do you think its worth it?

FFXIV: ARR has a fee of 15 USD for more than one character. Destiny? 90 (Digi Guardian Edition, 10 more if you bought both piecemeal.) + 40 = 130/12 = 10.8 USD for access to 3 characters In your case, 15 per-month on the nose. But the difference is: If you don't pay, you're not completely locked out. You pay when it's ready/avail for Pre-order, not in good faith until the company tells you what they're doing with it. We pretty much know the extent of what's included before release through a trickle of information leading up-to. You get patches and updates like other online only titles, but Bungie pays quite a bit to Microsoft and Sony to do so. Me? I'm running at least 15.8 per-month as I got the Ghost Edition. It's up to how you value your cash vs how the economy values your cash. Consumer, capitalism, etc. etc.

You're asking a very subjective question...if money isn't an object and you love the game like i do then "YES"...it is worth the enjoyment i get out of it + the friendships I've made over the course of the year with clan members...I'll be in this for the long haul...and will continue to purchase the DLC's.

I have spent 370$ for Destiny. I'm good with it. May not be the best game around, but I am committed and want to be there till the end.

That's a bit subjective, OP. Do I believe I have had my money's worth? Yes! Without a doubt. Would I pay the same price again? Yes. I've had a lot of fun with this game and will have many many more hours of fun when The Taken King is released.

Paid 110 euros for the limited, preordered the collector's edition for another 99,- euros.. so it's more 250 dollars... And yes, to me it's easily justified, even without my deleted char (which had around 300 hours on it) I have over 800 hours it, so over a thousand total... cheap entertainment.

3 OdpowiedziThe simple fact is that this is only the begining. Destiny has been great, despite endless issues, glitches and lack of any substantial storyline. If you want to continue to play destiny good luck to you, you will pay outragously for your loyalty and shall receive nothing in return. There are many great games out now and I will be engaged on that maybe in a few years i will come back because the way activision is marketing their product it is more beneficial to do it this way. So long bungie.

It is actually only $60 if u get legendary edition. 80 for collectors edition. 135 for game, TTK and season pass. 140 if u get expansion 1 and 2 separately. If u are extremely rich, u can spend over 200 for collectors edition and ghost edition

The content itself, if you were to play it one time, is definitely not worth 180$. However, with the amount of time I've spent in it so far, it definitely has been. It has brought me hours and hours and HOURS of entertainment.
