What is the best non Exotic Scout Rifle
I am a scout rifle user and I love my exotics and all, but I was wondering what your favorite legendary scout rifle was. I have a few of them and I want to clear up a spot for when I eventually get gjellyhorn. [spoiler]still don't have vision of confluence [/spoiler]

Check out my hunter, it's basically a suros that hits way harder, I consider it an assault rifle like an ar15

High rate of fire, stability, full auto, firefly or crowd crontrol with decent reload and scout speed reload gear. You output more damage faster than the higher impact scouts, you are on point still with precision hits and you quickly reload so you don't miss out on damage. Range is barely ever an issue, you are still accurate at range. In PvP rate of fire>all, you do less damage a hit but you do more damage faster which is a faster kill and missing a shot from enemy movement has much less of a impact because of rate of fire. I use the NL Shadow which is a crucible drop. The one from dead orbit is close but it has less rounds and slightly lower impact. I want to note with such a high rate of fire and low impact and moderate range I consistently can get kills using it at sniper range. It can be a very good gun with the right upgrades. The only downside is you go through ammo faster. But it is a great trade off for higher damage output. I also always have a piece of gear with carry more scout ammo and to date have yet to have an issue with running out of ammo with that shear amount you can carry both in PoE and PvP. Although if you are getting it for PvE I wouldn't bother with firefly I'd get either crowd control or increased target acquisition or speed reload. Also to note having a sight with target acquisition is almost a must for PvP I've found testing the two I have with different upgrades. I actually found firefly not to even function in PvP on mine which is strange.

All around: For me- I have an anotherNITC with rodeo and hammer forged and a perfect scope for the weapon, I love it, the recoil control is perfect, it has a pretty good ROF, good impact and with hammer forged- the range is phenominal, like I have never been too far away to hit something with it(ok I havnt tried to find a place too far from a target of course I probably could) Without counting the solar element on VoC, voc seems pretty mediocre, so il gon non VoC and focus on stats rather than the burn elemental damage Edit- also got wolves leash today and it seems pretty good but I havnt had much time with it

Scholar looks pretty amazing I just got my first one void I'm upgrading now. Ghaleons is a tank, but man wolves leash with that fast shooting is amazing.

I got some random scout rifle from PoE today but it was low impact high rate of fire which i don't like. I dismantled it right away but at the last second noticed it had firefly but it was too late. So frustrating

Voc and the fang were my favorite ones, more so voc, but then I got the wolves leash. Thats my new favorite.

The pre HoW version of The Calling I have is awesome, full range and firefly.

The Scholar (trials) And the one the crucible is selling are both pretty strong. I usually go for higher impact than fire rate, just seems deadlier to me. The only exception to that rule of mine is the scout god MIDA.

1 OdpowiedźScholar and vog is obvious in this discussion. But I'm more for gheleon. Hit as hard as scholar and have full auto like vog, ergo it's the best of both worlds.
