So I found out why there is so much age discrimination in destiny.
So I went out for a lvl 35 skolas run right? Posted on lfg my stats, helm of st 14 max ghorn ect, got an invite for a fresh run...no problem, cept there voices sounded like pre pubesent teenagers,normally I dont like to play with that age group due to shere anoyance, but hey whatever, I didnt wanna be a dick, boss fight comes up, and they kick me from the game..keep me in the party, and start laughing, and saying stuff like "dude we used you to get to skolas, now our friend can come in and get your loot", ive never had this happen to me when playing with people who actually arnt 10 acting 5, due to this experience im just gonna be honest, if you come into my party and sound like you just got sack tapped im gonna kick you no matter how good you are, it goes beyond the voice its your maturity level as a whole, (and yea ill even admit it im incredibly salty about this happening so trolls come collect free tears) anyway this ends my rant, to everyone saying you refuse to play destiny with ppl who are to young, you got my support...ban the squeakers...ban them all

Bro I had this done to me on not jus nightfall but all raids , even other day ppl I thought were friends used me in hard mode KF raid to get Upto warpriest then dumped me even though I am higher lvl than them but the funny part bout all this they were not not kids but adults acting like kids , so now I'm done with Destiny for good. New games r coming Destiny is dead

34 OdpowiedziI'm 49 and have given up trying to find groups and teams. It's all youngsters who are a million times better than me so it kind of puts me off. Past experience has shown a lack of tolerance towards my age because I may not be as skilful or catch on as quickly.

I'm a 20 year old girl and I join up with these two guys. They sounded well over 25. They had been stuck and got me in to help them. When I join the fireteam I see they are on round four. As soon as I'm in the party the fireteam leader begins barking orders at me. Asking if I have maxed weapons, helm of saint-14, maxed armor, ordering me around like I've never played before, do that, place my bubble here, etc. After the first two waves of enemies I told him to stop telling me what to do and that seemed to shut him up. We finished the round and he proceeded to kick me from the party, wave, and kick me from the game. Age may have a lot to do with maturity level but a guy getting salty that a girl told him to shut up can pretty much make him act like a twelve year old.

or if you loose one game they rage quit and throw a hissy fit. One of the best PvE players I have seen is only 11 years old but I refuse to play with him because he throws tantrums constantly and he is a sqeaker- cant stand the high nasle voice. Don't care how stuck I am it is not worth the aggravation

He's a pvp and pve beast and he is extremely mature for his age. Knowing that others judge, when we first started raiding, I made sure he didn't talk until he'd proven himself. Luckily, we have made 15 or so friends that know he's good and not a douche and they have no problem playing with him/will message him when they need help. However, every now and then, we will play with someone new and they will balk because he's a kid and luckily the others will stand up for him. Judge people on their own merits. Be careful playing with people you don't know regardless of their age.

Got into a Crota normal lobby the other day and it's probably been about 2-3 months since I've ran sword, so I'm rusty to say the least. After 2 wipes (both entirely my fault), one of the three 7-9 year old sounding kids speaks up and says he'll run it. He gave it a go, and he took him out in 1 sword with 3 downs. The worst thing the Three Musketeers did was talk about how funny it would be if a disco ball was in the Abyss and the Thrall danced. Honestly, that's it. I feel like the root of the problem a lot of people, including myself, have experienced is immature people raising immature kids. Where else would they have learned to be dicks?

5 Odpowiedzi1st week of HoW, I found and joined a lvl 35 PoE Skolas round. Before joining, I saw Gamer 1 was already in a party of 3. I checked his friends list and also saw he was playing with 2 friends. So, I join they party and join them in game. Gamer 3 at this time was in the party, but not speaking. Gamer 2's gamer tag had 060502. I asked were you born on the 6th June 2002? Game 2: Yes. I joked and called him a squeaker. Before beating Skolas I asked if I could have host as I was "lagging" lol all over the place. Stupidly, gamer 2 gives me host without gamer 1 knowing. We're about to kill Skolos when gamer 1 scream for gamer 2 to kick me, and inv gamer 3. My response: 'Mother f*cker! You know you'll have to re do this in order for your mate (gamer 3) to get the loot? So, I kicked them and I did it with 2 others. Gamer 2 pleaded with me asking to stay, but nope. Gamer 1 squealed like a pig when he saw I had host. Honestly, I felt like a d*ck, but I knew what was going to happen. If you read this, then sorry for the drag, but thanks for the read! :)

It's the youngest that more easily take advantage of their anonymity on the internet. They want to put on their big boy pants and act tough when there's no consequences. Not all of them do, but an unfortunate majority does. Back when meeting a level 30 during patrol or in the tower was like seeing a unicorn, I teamed up with some fella to farm chests back in the cosmodrome. Even killed a Devil Walker and defended a warsat in the progress, and eventually he sent me a message asking if I'd like to do Vault of Glass on Hard with him and his team. He seemed nice and we'd been spiritually bonding over spinmetal chests anyways, so I accepted the offer. Sent another message, said he'd start gathering his team, and soon enough we had all 6 members of the team ready to go. When we landed on Venus, I finally got a party invite, which I quickly accepted before heading towards the middle platform in front of the Vault's gate. What I heard next was awful. Four squeakers, and one with no mic. When they noticed I joined the party, the host offered me a high-pitched "Hey!" as a greeting, and I responded with a simple "hello". I turned down my headset's volume a little bit as the little helium bottles blabbered on about God knows what. I of course stayed mostly quiet, occasionally calling out things like praetorians and whatnot, and one of them picked up on my accent. "You sound weird", he says. "English isn't my first language, sorry", I quickly respond. And then hell broke loose. "You sound so funny!", "You sound dumb", "Go back to motherland". This went on for a while before I decided to just leave the game and the party. Sent messages asking me to come back, but I never did. Never responded. Never liked squeakers, and even less after that.

3 Odpowiedziso because one kid kicks you that means we all are annoying and immature? im 13 and have never been kicked/muted due to being a kid, nor do i do stupid things that i realize some kids do, which yes annoys me as well. i see your reasoning for your actions but keep in mind not all kids are annoying and immature.

Here's the thing, it's not like mature gamers [i]hate[/i] kids but it's like why take the chance? In my experience most of the kids I've played with either 1) constantly join my activities without permission and mess up my glimmer farming 2) sing constantly like little shartz 3) constantly message me 9 or ten times or invite me to their game 9 or ten times when I'm busy doing other things. 4) insult other players and show a general lack of respect to anyone With all of these traits being possible experiences from the child gamer base, [u]even if the chance was 50 %[/u] I still wouldn't risk playing with them.

They steal checkpoints, bump you from PoE, have to leave for dinner in the middle of ToO/Raids, and chat with their buddies in party chat that aren't even playing. That's not even addressing how -blam!-ing annoying they are. Seriously, the squeakers are dead to me.

3 OdpowiedziI've gotten to the same point. Every young kid I play with simply sucks and is very annoying, and if I find one who isn't and friend them, then they join my games constantly and I delete them. I sort of feel bad, but I have to do it.

Not that some adults can't be twats too, but the overall lack of maturity annoys me. I get a couple hours after my 17 month old son goes to bed, I don't want to deal with younger players.

I only got 2 that I would play with. But they are no longer playing destiny. Bur they every start back playing, I'll will play with them. But no others.
