If you're not 34 yet... WTH?
1 ascended exotic and the 3 pieces of gear that Variks sold. That's all that's needed. Just run 32 once each week. So how can someone not be 34 yet? What's your excuse?
Edit: don't say "I have a life" of course, you do. But how hard is it to run 32 ONCE in a week?

Edit 3: Sorry if I sounded like a jerk. This post was directed toward those whining about not finding etheric light and thus being unable to play lvl 33 and above.
Edit 4: A lot of you are saying you don't want to rush it and feel like there's nothing to do after. My take on it is that I need to be 34 to gather the elemental primaries from Skolas, and it might take some time thanks to RNG. Plus, I can start using etheric light on other armor and weapons to create the build I want.

I was lucky enough to get etheric light from a NF so my warlock is a 34. Working on getting another from IB this weekend. I've been lazy with my titan, but I need to farm plastisteel plating for him, so holding off until I upgrade some weapons.

3 OdpowiedziYou are a jerk by the post itself. It is really easy if you're a filthy casual with a real life cause without etheric light you are stuck at 32.5 at best. I don't PVP because I don't have the weapons, time or inclination. So no ToO or Iron Banner for me ever, EVER---just don't care. I've run PoE at 28 and like it but without keys ---why bother--more coins or motes of light, really ?---lfg for 32----NFW so 28 PoE forever. So I could try to solo nightfall for EL but RNGesus dictates this would take sometime beyond never. But you really know what-- I don't care to have the best gear or all the exotics---it is still an F******* game and I'd prefer to drive my new Quattroporte instead. I think the article link I attached pretty much sums up how I feel. I prepaid for everything and stuck around and I've done it all and there is nothing compelling here---same old S*** different day. I am seriously disappointed in weapon design (bland, bland, bland), and hey no real story, no open world (sorry our promise to get you to pony up $$$ was a lie) and everything is just re-use of the same character models --over and over and over. I am so disappointed in HoW---really running the story on levels backwards is new and innovative? I had hoped a new planet or something but what crap we got. Rewards---sorry don't worship RNGesus enough to get any decent drops---and really shaders, player tags and loading screen ships are not rewards they are just fluff and filler. So for all those who really need some perspective a full time job is about 2,000 hrs in a year. If you are near that playing this game then you better be damn good cause Destiny is you're second job---now if they would only pay you for it. FYI Funny thing though on my first chest in PoE I got a Gally and still don't care

Because I don't have the DLC. so I'm not really sure how to lvl without the DLC ive been playing IB so I can get etheric light.

Just want to comment on the first edit. It's EXTREMELY hard for me to find enough time to run through any PoE 32+ with LFG people. It usually takes more than a few wipes on certain areas to get the groove.

But I did have a chance. I did trials and 34 PoE and I got the chest piece from week 1 and the etheric light for my boots. But since my friend is a whiny pos who complains about how he claims an exotic or armor piece as his own and no one he knows can wear it. He got the chest piece the same time as I did and said, "From now on you can't wear this it's mine." So I couldn't be 34 because of that -blam!- boy.

2 OdpowiedziI haven't played destiny since the release of HoW. Idk why, I just haven't. I played the DLC for two days, and then I stopped playing. That's my excuse.

Got one 34. Still working on the other 2. Been working to save for vacation next month. Worth it.

2 OdpowiedziI could have been level 34 but I'm not gonna waste my etheric light on the first piece of legendary gear I find that's dumb and takes no skill I'm waiting to get all the Poe gear I'll be 34 next week tho if he sells Poe boots

I'm in no hurry. I need 1 ethnic light and 2 armor core to get 2 to 34. I'll get it when I get it. Besides. Really tired of the same grind over and over so have incorporated other games into my game time slot which is only a few hours a week

I have two 34's ...two Poe on 34 this week didn't drop Etheric light prevented me from obtaining another 34 . Yet my Titan and hunter seem to be more suited so , I really don't mind my warlock being lvl 33 for another week. The game is repetitive enough plus I enjoy a lot of other things in life you must be bored or socially inept

This expansion is not about getting to 34 ASAP, it's about getting to 34 with the gear and weapons you want.
