Thorn is a major ballsack in PvP. There are countless times where I've been smashed by it. I refuse to play Trials of Osiris due to the fact that it's very unfair when my team uses Scout Rifles and Pulse Rifles and the other team uses Thorn as their crutch. There is seemingly no skill required to use the thing.

If they have skill with it, they shouldn't have to worry about it being NERFED numb nuts.

Why? If it was nerfed then that's one more weapon out of pvp and I'm pretty sure people don't want to see only last words everywhere Or Hawkmoon if your on psn

I die by thorn a lot. But in trials your team can counter thorn. Give it a try and you might be surprised. Aslong as your team communicates you can work around the thorn

My team tried everything. If we sniped at them, they got us with Thorn. Tried rushing them. Thorn. Tried going invisible. Thorn. Self-rez? Thorn. We tried everything, but when a gun like that consistently kills you in three or less bullets, it's bullshit. Red Death was hopeless.

It can get really frustrating. I must admit when my team played a team with three thorns we got destroyed. But when there were two thorn users the best strat we found on burning shrine was to rush them. Get close and use a shotty or vex.

What? No it isn't. Red Death ruins lives in PVP. If you're taking 5 bursts, then not all five are hitting.

red death is 2 hit head shot 3 hit body thorn is 3 rapid hits body, 1 headshot wait 6 seconds 2nd hit kill

Didn't happen with me, and I'm a great aim. Plus, I've been using Red Death since December, so I know how to use it. It's all fair and well to say that, but when you can't even get any shots out because of the other team instantly killing you, it isn't fair.

Wok is right!! Red death is 2 burst kill plus a regen.. Aim that properly and you won't die to a thorn..
