You nerfed my Suros and now you want to nerf my Thorn

STFU!! Honestly, if you ask for a nerf go play a different game. It's obvious that you suck at life.

Suros before nerf was a 5 shot kill. Thorn is 2 shot I rest my case.

I'm not complaining of a nerf honestly I just out play the other team usually. However I've deleted the thorn bounty about 10 times now since the game was released because I don't like it. Don't rush thorns and you'll be good to go.

3 OdpowiedziAll handcannons need a slight damage nerf tbh to bring them in line with the other guns. I'd love to play with anything but fatebringer in pve but nothing is as good, I feel as if I'm forced to use it as everything else feels below par, and same with thorn in pvp. The only thing close to thorn in pvp is a headshot from no land beyond. At least you could use auto rifles as well as handcannons before.

I was ok with Suros it was just an annoying ass weapon and -blam!-in despise it plus at least you needed to be more accurate than the -blam!-in thorn

Thorn is op as it sits now I say dmg is ok but mag should be dropped to 6 and given a shorter reload, suros was a pain way back when but it was possible to counter I say rebalance thorn, rebuff suros

4 OdpowiedziThere's a difference, though. Bungie has been getting closer to balance. Scout Rifles are in a good spot, so are Pulse Rifles. Auto Rifles need a slight buff to damage, and they'll be in a good spot. Hand Cannons are actually in a pretty good spot right now. Where's the problem? Exotic weaponry (for the most part). The reason Thorn is considered 'overpowered' is because of it's ease-of-use and incredible power. A single shot from Thorn will bring a Guardian to his basic health bar (takes out all his shields), and the burn will bring him to nearly 20% health (basically, anything can kill you at that point). Thorn has incredibly high Aim Assist, a fast rate of fire, and obscene impact, and a dot that burns for 7 for 4s. Last Word has the same kind of thing going on. Thorn and Last Word cause too much damage for their Rate of Fire. All other High-RoF weapons in the game have low damage as a drawback, however, Thorn and Last Word are allowed to retain their fast and ultra-fast RoF's, and retardedly high damage. This is why they should be nerfed, because Thorn and Last Word have almost come to a ''Use this, or be killed by it'' kind of situation.

1 OdpowiedźI used to love thorn, in fact I used it so much everywhere I went then people realized how good it was. I tried to ignore how annoying it was every now and then to get killed by it in the crucible, but when you've gone against an entire team of Thorn over and over again, it's almost pointless to even fight back. Thorn is just op now, no argument, it's been op for a while and will be that way for hopefully not too long

3 OdpowiedziI can respect most of the "OP" weapons, except Thorn. Thorn is the only one that you don't have to face your enemy to get a kill. Thorn is the lazy Guardian's weapon.
