So I just got the Thorn.....
HOLY RAHOOL'S FLOATING ORBS OF GLIMMER! I feel like I've just crossed over to the dark side, since I've always been on the receiving end of Thorn and The Last Word. My child-guardian innocence is finally lost, and I now shall sweep forward bearing what I used to hate the most. (Aside from the Crucible's lag in general)
Edit 1: For those that don't know how to do the PVP section, have the three drop rule. If you die three times in a row without scoring a kill with a void gun, quit the game, wait a bit, then join another queue.
Edit 2: Did a control match with non-upgraded thorn, 17 kills 3 deaths..... Oh how I filled Twilight Gap with the salty tears of tiny-baby-men!

Thorn is soooo good, it took a little to get used to because I was using hawkmoon and word of crota. The bounty for that weapon definitely helps a player develop smart PVP habits too. It's good and good for you lol just got mine too.

i finally got mine yesterday and let me tell you that PvP part was hard

Never played much pvp till this last IB. I would none stop get killed by this gun. So yesterday I decided to go get one myself. Had the bounty for along time just never felt like going through pvp with void weapons. Well I buckled down and dove in. 2-1/2 hours later was asking for help on the summoning pits. :) hell yea! I now am a proud owner of the beast they call THORN! I must say....WOW! It is everything I thought it could be and more. I love it! Can't wait to break it out during ToO. See you around guardians.
