As a hand cannon? A strong possibility. The fact that it's not an exotic is what puts it over the top.

Yep. But only for PvE. Timur's Lash and Red Hand IX can roll with much better perks for PvP (range, reload speed, stability).

Yes absolutely yes for pve and once it gets to 365 no one will be able to say it sucks just because it stops at 300 attack

But it's a waste of an exotic slot.... Fatebringer upgraded will be amazing I still use it in hard Crota raids....
