I like fatebringer but when doing a lot of endgame stuff it seems a bit underpowered at times. When HoW drops though, it will overshadow all else.

Bump because outlaw, firefly and explosive rounds? Note i know explosive rounds don't always play nice with the other two perks but i usually don't have an issue with this.
