Run from the bases is possible, but a big part of it is healing. A lot.
Also use force lightning a lot. Try to get the first hit in and if possible if Bastilla or catty has it it may help to stasis one or two. But I usually go I and just mass force lightning everyone with everyone. Quick and easy lol.

Then use that. U could possibly try to up your defense by using all your force powers that give u defense.

Do u have grenades? If u do use them. You will find sith powers r very strong...
