3 OdpowiedziThat Song if Ir Yut is crap. Against All Odds, Deviant Gravity, and Jolder's Hammer are beastly (with field scout). Thunderlord is OK. Wait for the rise of the Corrective Measure.
-
Song of ir Yut is quite nice have 2 maxed em and use them in crucible and go 5-10 kill streaks with it in crucible and love it for PvE also
-
IrYut is the worst MG.

Edytowany przez użytkownika LBC Ratguanna: 5/9/2015 12:44:39 AMIt's superior. I'd get it if you have the coins. What else are you to use them on. I have one... Bought two more so each player can have one.
-
If you have to ask. 1: You obviously don't know how to read. 2: You are not worthy of the almighty Thunderlord.... leave now before it strikes you down with the fury of the gods.
-
Yes you NEED to buy Thunderlord if you don't have it. It's an amazing machine gun, has high impact with good range and shoots faster and more accurate the longer you hold the trigger.
-
I have insurance do I really need geico?

I have a 123 syzygy, do I really need a red death?
-
It's 100x better than the song of ir yut. The general rule in destiny is that low impact high rof weapons, while powerful on paper, are garbage to actually use. Thunderlord has a high impact with low rate of fire, which ramps up and causes targets to explode.

Is this a serious post?

3 OdpowiedziSong of Ir Yut is nothing special, and nowhere near as good as Thunderlord. Song was the first Crota weapon I ever got and I still haven't even bothered to upgrade the last three attack nodes on it. It's so low on my priority list I've fully upgraded every other Crota legendary (hard mode primaries included), even duplicate armor pieces with different stat rolls, and still can't be bothered to spend the 18 energies needed for it. I'll get around to it eventually just to have every Crota gun maxed but it's been neglected since my first ever Crota run. Unless you're shooting Knight majors through their darkness shields there is no way Song is better than Thunderlord.
-
Aside from melting Hive Knight majors the Song is an ordinary fast firing machine gun. With an MG like Song you spray and pray unless you're in shotgun range. Machine guns like Deviant Gravity have better range, make every shot count, and have better overall accuracy. These are also the qualities of Thunderlord. TL;DR Yes
-
Yes. Higher impact, increasing ROF. Firefly
-
Song is good for arc, but Thunderlord is King.
-
Yes, it's much better than that piece of shit
-
No . You only need it if you want Evey exotic in the game
-
-
Lol can tell you haven't used a thunderlord.
-
Song sucks in comparison. Only advantage is it doesn't consume your exotic slot, but the stability is piss-poor.
-
1 OdpowiedźThey don't really compare - there are two kinds of Heavy Machine Guns and Song of Ir Yut comes from the high ROF family(The Culling, Prestige IV). These weapons have low stability and impact and are not especially accurate at range. Thunderlord is in the slow fire family (Against all odds,Deviant gravity,Jolders Hammer) which have better range, accuracy and impact with a lower ROF. In crucible it will kill people with around 3 hits and in PvE it melts everything, especially arc shielded opponents.I have a 1.0 kd in crucible and every time i have tore off a kill streak of 10+ it has been because of a slow fire MG, they are sick. If you have fired one of the MGs i listed above you will have a better idea what to expect from it, I think it's a tier 1 exotic.
-
Thunderlord has more control than the song. I would use the song for hive activities and thunderlord for pvp or any nightfall.
-
I just bought it for the grimoire. RNG has denied me of a Thunderlord since launch
-
3 OdpowiedziBetter idea: reach rank 3 in Dead Orbit and buy the vendor Deviant Gravity; Arc damage and better than either of those whether used in PvE or PvP. It's my go-to Machine Gun in Destiny. Pretty much a 331 version of the Zombie Apocalypse.

3 Odpowiedzisong + tlord in a nightfall with arc burn = easy mode
