Worst scare you've had in a video game?
My two worst are from amnesia and scp containment breach.
In amnesia, it was right when you leave the sewers towards the end of the game. I opened the door out, and heard the music that plays when you get spotted so I slammed the door and backed away. I turned to run so I wouldn't get caught, and the big guy was right in my face! I screamed like a little girl and ended up in the fetal position!
In scp, I got an unlucky seed where I got stuck with the same starting hallway like six rooms in a row. In the last one, I noticed one of the blood spots was in a different corner and was talking to a friend about it, and 106 came as I was going back to the door! ;_;
What's the worst scare you've gotten from a game?

2 OdpowiedziI don't get jump scared, but P.T. ... It knew ways around it. That woman... Thing. Standing right in the hallway in front of me. That music. Me knowing the only thing I could do was walk to her. It took me 20 minutes to do it.

Oh my -blam!- if anyone here has played PT they know that when you play it alone in the dark it's absolutely terrifying...just a real physiological horror not many like it. What a shame silent hills got cancelled. Anyone catch the trailer?

Those damn space missions in dead space 3 or when my friend and I played mortal kombat and that spider cave for the first time. Damn spiders.

Just recently, i have a friend who downloaded that game "[i]sad satan[/i]" on his computer and had me play it At one point there was a little girl, and if you walked past her she let out this blood curdling scream. Gosh that got me good

7 OdpowiedziFirst time doing prison of elders. just got destiny, having some fun. About to get to archon priests lair. Then bam! "A CELL, FROM THE PRISON OF ELDERS." threw my headset. Worst scare ever

The cabin mission in Condemned 2... Department store in condemned 1... That part early on in FEAR when you turn to go down a ladder and alma is standing where you just were. Ruined a perfectly good pair of jeans

Outlast by far. Me and my friend were playing on Friday 13, at midnight with a cloud cover, with surround sound on full blast, and on his 70 inch TV. One of the first jump scares made us both jump off the couch and scream. Still continued playing it though
