Worst scare you've had in a video game?
My two worst are from amnesia and scp containment breach.
In amnesia, it was right when you leave the sewers towards the end of the game. I opened the door out, and heard the music that plays when you get spotted so I slammed the door and backed away. I turned to run so I wouldn't get caught, and the big guy was right in my face! I screamed like a little girl and ended up in the fetal position!
In scp, I got an unlucky seed where I got stuck with the same starting hallway like six rooms in a row. In the last one, I noticed one of the blood spots was in a different corner and was talking to a friend about it, and 106 came as I was going back to the door! ;_;
What's the worst scare you've gotten from a game?
EDIT: Just wanted to say thanks for my first and probably only 1000+ posts thread!

Man i shit my pants. Was playing at night with my window open and nobody was home, i was really unconfortable (and i was young)

In dying light I was exploring the school for quite a while, but when I CE out there were volatiles, (those night time death zombies) everywhere, I started flipping out and they all noticed me at the same time. I my reflexes had never been so perfect and panicked

1 OdpowiedźActually for those of you who played dying light I didn't think it was that bad but the first night mission where the nightmares come after you is thrilling, and the hotel mission where you bomb the busing has its moments...the little zombie baby crying got me ngl

This is stupid but in Arkham city when you go down the basement and see calendar man and he knows what month it was in real life scared me i was 8

In thief when you enter this abandoned psych ward on an island and go to look through the keyhole at the entrance and some creepy lady's face pops up. Didn't like that.
