I found a hidden chamber in the Vault of Glass...
Seriously. I'm clipping through a wall and can see a series of tunnels near the jumping puzzle.

Based on the location of the structures on the right, and the Vault of Glass being on the left, perhaps there's more hidden crevices inside the Vault of Glass. I'd suggest beating Atheon and taking the time to look around the right side of it.
