1 OdpowiedźTo put that 19.7% (yes, 19.7 is the actual number) in perspective, only 23.6% of players have reached Vanguard rank 3. So most people who have played the game a decent amount have finished a raid (over 80%). Numbers don't lie, but can be misleading out of context.
-
That's because many just logged into a friends game or borrowed it for a few days then stopped. Or traded/returned it as they didn't like it. Of actual Players the stat would be much higher
-
That's an interesting statistic
-
5 OdpowiedziHave you seen the people it will match you up with for the weekly? I actually want to complete the raid. Not play with casual randoms who are absolute trash and don't speak at all. There is a reason for no matchmaking, and it will stay that way.

9 Odpowiedzi19%? Source or shut your mouth

1 OdpowiedźEdytowany przez użytkownika Dano2467: 4/16/2015 11:00:10 PMNo matchmaking, they need a raid room, so people can see others that want to raid. You can collect a team and get everything hammered out before leaving the tower. Like what it looks like they're doing with the halls of amentet for the new trials of osiris
-
I'm pretty sure that stat was released awhile ago back when CE launched. But matchmaking wouldn't help, it would probably just drop the number.
-
5 OdpowiedziThey could make the raids mandatory for story progression but that's pushing it...
-
1 Odpowiedźi dont have the time to expalin why i dont have time to explain why this is a bad idea.

Optional matchmaking is actually better than the randoms we have to find on destinylfg. Yes to matchmaking.

Edytowany przez użytkownika Saundy: 4/16/2015 11:57:54 PMHow did you find that info on only 19% of the community has finished a raid?
-
1 OdpowiedźYeah. Can you imagine matchmaking finding 6 raidless and relatively inexperienced players with bunk weapons and no idea what they're doing into either raid. I'm not talking about anything like the pioneer players who did the raids before anyone. These guys were already good, communicated and had their teamwork together somewhat down... Now MM gives us 6 randies, level 24-28 for the vault. Nobody has a mic. Nobody knows what to do. Think anyone's -finishing- that raid? Yes it can be viewed easily enough on YouTube, but I still doubt some folks care enough to look it up. Good luck to them.
-
That'd be a nightmare. That's what the recruitment section and the subreddit are for.

Match making in the Weekly.. *shudders* Match making In raids... *hides under bed*

Even if they add matchmaking you can still create party's so what's the problem? No mic. No problem. Just add some sort of set text chat instead of a stupid dance?
-
2 OdpowiedziNo one use their mic when bungie added team chat for pvp No one use their mic when they added matchmaking to the weekly strike What are the chances of someone will use their mic if they add matchmaking for raids? Probably very low.
-
2 OdpowiedziHow about an edit to make Matchmaking in the Weekly optional? ^_^
-
It would end badly. For A LOT of people. Your starts are incomplete as well. Almost all that are on my friends list and still playing have completed a raid and several who have moved on have completed a raid. Others quit before they were able to raid.
-
I'm down , I'm just craving to troll some raid newbies without feeling bad

3 Odpowiedzimatchmaking, the only guarantee is a headache, to raid must be done with experienced players
-
Yea but I would like to tell you something you should only be able to access that jf too have competed at least 1 section of the raid before and you need a mic and the ability to boot members via vote
-
8 OdpowiedziOr, you know, cause you're already on the forums, just try that. There's a whole recruitment section. Can you imagine a person dying over and over on Crota fight and have no way to remove them? Awful idea. Or spawning in during it and causing a whipe right before last sword. I'd be so mad. The people who want raid match making obviously don't understand how the raids work. It would easily take you 2 or 3 times as long to complete the raid without communication, especially if you have one person who doesn't know what they're doing. But I guess that extra hour+ is okay because you didn't spend 5 minutes on forums or LFG. Try a raid before suggesting this, and you'll understand why it wouldn't work. If you need a guide, I'm willing to help those with mics on PS4.

4 Odpowiedzinah dog. Matchmaking in just the weeklys sucks. Without the ability to vote kick anyone EVERY SINGLE TIME I RUN there is someone who joins and doesnt do a DAMN thing the whole strike leaving me and the other guy or sometimes just me to do all the work. Pisses me off.
